Tap any milestone to see how far it is. • Days of us: an optional start date, a number that only goes up. • In touch: a gentle "12 of 14 days" beside the heart. Nothing to lose, nothing to keep alive, no reminders — ever. • The flame streak that could reset is gone. Your count only grows.

After your first preview tap, the next step is clearer: one purchase connects both phones, and your partner joins free. Notification registration and invite-link handling are also improved.

We’ve improved name entry and added step-by-step help for putting Love Taps on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, including while you wait for your partner to join. This update also prepares Love Taps to let you know when a newer version is available.

Fixes the Lock Screen control: sending a tap from the heart in your Lock Screen quick-action slot now updates the widget count instantly, no unlock needed. Also in this release: small stability improvements and a new screenshot showing the Lock Screen control. One of you buys, both of you connect.

Reply straight from the Lock Screen. When your partner's tap arrives, the notification now carries a Tap back button — press it and your tap sends without unlocking your phone and without opening the app. There's also a new Love Taps control you can add to your Lock Screen, Control Center or the Action button, for sending a tap without opening anything.

The Lock Screen widget is the whole point of Love Taps, so this release makes it work the way it should. Before, only the small heart itself was tappable — tapping the name or the count did nothing but ask you to unlock your phone. Now the entire widget is the button. Tap anywhere on it and the tap sends.

Two fixes from your feedback: • Dark Mode — names and invite codes were invisible while typing. Fixed everywhere. • Leaving a pair now stops notifications properly. Previously taps could still come through after you left. The mood list is now five. The one we removed was labelled "Thinking of you" — exactly the same as the heart — so nothing you could say is gone.
