Hara is a private guided breathing app that pairs a breathing pacer with a visible camera pulse signal.
Place your fingertip over the active rear camera and flash. Hara checks contact and signal quality, then guides you through several slow breathing rhythms. During the session you can see the waveform, pulse estimate, timing, and signal status. At the end, review the local session record together with your own before-and-after stress check-in.

The rhythm comparison is a personal wellness reference, not a validated physiological recommendation. Hara is not a medical device and does not measure stress, provide medical assessment or condition-specific guidance, determine an optimal breathing rate, or replace medical care or validated heart-rate equipment. Camera readings can vary with the device and lens, finger placement, motion, ambient light, temperature, and circulation. Do not rely on Hara for medical decisions or emergency monitoring.
