Your number is your key. • Sign in with your mobile number only. No username, no email and no password to forget or to steal: enter your number after the +966 key, and the SMS code fills itself and signs you in. • Register in a minute. A new office starts with a name and a mobile number, and the office details come next. An invited colleague signs in with the invited number and joins the same office with the same role. • One device, one session. Signing in on another device closes the previous one, so no session lingers on a lost phone. On your own device you stay signed in until you sign out. • Change your number from your account: a code to your current number, then a code to the new one. • Subscription and payment on the website. Subscribing, paying and renewing happen in your office account on ultraws.cc; the app shows your plan and the days remaining. • Support through the contact form. Every request reaches us through the website and we reply by email. • A new app icon and one unified look across iPhone, iPad, Android and the web. • Clearer privacy policy and terms for sign-in by mobile number, and deleting your account from the app now tells you exactly what to do if it can't complete.

Choose which powers of attorney to import from Najiz. Before an import you now choose what to bring in: valid, expired, or revoked powers of attorney. Only valid ones are selected by default — including those close to expiry, marked with the days left — so expired and revoked records no longer pile up in your office unless you ask for them. Status changes still reach you. If a power of attorney already in your office has been revoked or has expired in Najiz, its record is updated even when that type isn't selected. A faster import. Powers of attorney you exclude aren't requested from Najiz at all.

A much smarter legal assistant. It now understands everyday Saudi phrasing, not just legal terms, and finds the right article by meaning. When it is confident, it opens with the decisive sentence, quoted word for word with its article number. Strictly Saudi law. The assistant answers only on Saudi laws, the judiciary and legal practice. It politely declines foreign-law, worship and medical questions instead of guessing. It never makes up legal text. Every answer is an actual article from the Saudi statutes, cited by number. Smarter Najiz updates. Fetching again brings only what is new on cases you already have: hearings, judgments, appointments and documents, with clear priorities. Nothing is imported twice. Clearer hearing summaries. If you have no hearings this week, it tells you when the next one is. Stronger privacy. Each office's data stays strictly separate from other offices. Signing out removes the device from notifications and, on shared devices, clears locally stored data. «New chat» starts a clean conversation. A refreshed design, with a new launch screen. Bug fixes and performance improvements.

The assistant now sees the screen you're on. Open it inside a case file and it says "You're in … — shall I help with this case?", showing the next hearing, the last day to object, missed deadlines and what the file is missing. It can analyze the case or draft a memo with its parties and number. In any section it explains the screen and shows its current state in your office. It remembers the conversation ("why?", "what if he resigned?", "write it as a claim"), divides estates from plain language, analyzes lease disputes, and converts Hijri and Gregorian dates.

An assistant that knows your office. Ask "How many hearings do I have tomorrow?", "My deadlines this week", "The Al-Wabel case" or "Overdue invoices" — it answers from your office's own data, within your permissions, and follows the conversation: "And next week?" Deadlines computed from the statute itself. "I was served the judgment on 15/9 — when is the last day to object?" It answers with Gregorian and Hijri dates, read from the article's text, counting the service day and weekends exactly as the law prescribes. Definitions, comparisons, and spelling. "What does precautionary attachment mean?" returns the legislator's own definition from the definitions article. "The difference between appeal and cassation" shows both articles side by side. Mistype a word and it understands — and tells you so. A notification for every assignment. Your phone is notified when work is assigned to you, when your work is submitted for review, or when it is approved. No more silent saves. If saving a case, a client, or a task fails, you see the message instead of losing what you wrote.

Your subscription is now visible in the app: days remaining, plan and end date, seats in use, and a quiet notice two weeks before expiry. The work centre has been rebuilt — it opens on what is waiting for you as a single large figure instead of counters that answered nothing. Deadlines now read "3 days late" and "due today" rather than a raw date. Accept and approve with one swipe. Arabic number agreement corrected throughout.

Najiz import, rebuilt. Your entire Najiz caseload now comes across in minutes instead of hours, and it comes across complete. Everything, not a sample. Previous versions paged through Najiz by clicking and stopped early, bringing back only a fraction of a large practice. This version reads Najiz's own interfaces directly and brings every case the portal reports, verified at 207 of 207 on a full practice. Hearings, past and upcoming. Every session across every case, with its date and time, court, circuit, type and status, the full text of the session minutes, the pronounced ruling, attendance, and the video-hearing link. Judgments you can actually read. Full judgment text and reasoning, deed number and date, degree, and whether it is final. The objection deadline is read from Najiz itself and becomes a dated reminder in your calendar. Attachments that really arrive. Case attachments, session minutes, judgment deeds and memorandum attachments are downloaded and filed under the right case, not just listed by name. More of your practice. Requests filed on your cases, defence memoranda with each answer and defence, case parties with their capacities and attorney numbers, procedures, and judicial fees. Enforcement and powers of attorney. Enforcement requests with amounts, instruments, decisions and stage history. Powers of attorney with their full text, clauses, parties and expiry. You choose before anything is saved. Review the complete inventory first, filter by court, status or upcoming hearing, then import only what you want. Counts are reported honestly: if Najiz announces more than arrived, the difference is shown. Documents open inside the app. Tapping a document now offers two choices: preview it here, or download it to your device. The browser is never opened, and temporary copies are removed when you leave the screen. Considerate of Najiz. The import reads only. It never presses a button on your behalf, and it automatically slows down when the portal is busy

Najiz Deep Sync — our biggest update yet. • Complete case import: every case is opened and read in full — hearings, judgments, parties, memos, procedures, and executions, across all pages. • Documents included: PDFs and scanned images from Najiz are downloaded and filed into each case automatically. • Zero-click sync: importing starts on its own the moment you sign in to Najiz. • Hearing reminders: get notified a day before, the morning of, and 60/30 minutes before every hearing — even offline. • Faster, more reliable syncing with live progress and a detailed import summary.

Push notifications now work on iPhone and iPad. Hearing and deadline alerts from your office reach this device — until now they were delivered to Android devices only. • Enable notifications from Account & Settings. Your device registers with your office so the daily hearing and deadline alerts reach you. • Signing out unregisters this device, so a phone you hand on no longer receives your office's alerts. • Installment plans and case numbers now always follow the Gregorian calendar, regardless of the calendar chosen in iOS Settings. Previously, choosing the Hijri (Umm al-Qura) calendar produced instalment dates and case numbers that did not match the same file on Android and on the we

ultraws 1.6 — What's New CASE DOCUMENTS Attach contracts, pleadings, deeds and photos directly to a case — PDF, Word, Excel or images, up to 5 MB per file. Pick from your Files app or your photo library, open any attachment in one tap, and every file also appears in your office archive on the web. ASSIGN AND TRANSFER FILES Cases now show who owns them. The office manager can transfer any case to any team member; a lawyer can hand a file back to the manager. Every transfer is logged on the case itself, and the rule is enforced on the server — not just in the app. SIGN IN WITH YOUR PHONE Sign in with a code sent to your mobile instead of a password. Only numbers already linked to an active account can be used — an unregistered number, a suspended user or an expired office subscription is refused before any SMS is sent. PASSWORD RECOVERY Forgot your password? Enter your username, phone or recovery email and we send a one-time link to set a new one. Each account now carries a real recovery email and a login phone, both required when a member is created. MORNING ALERTS Every morning the system sweeps your hearings, statutory deadlines and expiring powers of attorney and files alerts in a Notifications inbox — so you are warned even on days you never open the app. LITIGATION LADDER Every case shows its climb through the courts — filing, first instance, appeal, supreme court, enforcement. When a judgment is served, pick the objection window (30/15/10 days) and the final objection day is computed from the service date and planted in your statutory deadlines automatically, with a countdown on the case file. NAJIZ: FULL SWEEP The Najiz link no longer stops at page one. It pages through your entire case list, opens cases to learn how Najiz serves their details, then replays that to cover the rest — and finally sweeps the standalone sections: powers of attorney, execution requests, notifications and decisions. Powers of attorney land in your Wakalat register with their expiry dates; notifications land in your inbox. A live cockpit shows the harvest as it arrives. MEMOS Draft your pleadings next to the legal assistant: search 17,600 Saudi articles and judicial principles and insert any article verbatim — with its number and official source — straight into your memo. CALENDAR SUBSCRIPTION Generate a private link once and add it to iPhone or Google Calendar: your hearings and statutory deadlines appear and stay up to date automatically. DESIGN A refreshed identity, a live countdown to your next hearing, and a clearer mobile web experience.

LIVE HEARING COUNTDOWN — The Today hero counts down to your next hearing on web, matching iPhone. ultraws 1.4 — What's New CORRECTED: EXECUTION PAYMENT DEADLINE The five-day payment window after an Execution Court order (قرار 34) is now. calculated from the date the debtor was NOTIFIED — not the date the order was issued, as before. Existing records that only stored an issuance date are marked "awaiting notification" instead of being counted from the wrong date. If you have open execution files, please add the notification date. INVOICES ARE NOW PROPER DOCUMENTS Invoices have a draft stage and an issue step. Drafts can be edited and deleted freely. Once issued, an invoice is locked: its lines, totals, VAT and client can no longer be changed or deleted — enforced in the database, not just the interface. Payments and instalments still post normally against a locked invoice. CREDIT NOTES Mistakes on an issued invoice are corrected the lawful way: a credit note with its own number and sequence, referencing the original and carrying VAT in the same proportion. The original stays in the ledger exactly as issued. PER-CLIENT VAT TREATMENT Each client can be set as domestic, GCC-registered, export (zero-rated) or exempt, and invoices follow that treatment automatically. One hard rule applies: an invoice linked to a case is litigation before a Saudi court, so it is always treated as a domestic supply at the standard rate regardless of where the client is based. CONFLICT CHECKER ON IPHONE Check a name against your own clients and against the opposing parties in your cases — before you accept the file, wherever you are. Arabic matching ignores "ال", diacritics and alef/ta-marbuta variants, so العنزي matches عنزي. MORE OF THE OFFICE IN YOUR POCKET Added to the app: conflict checker, lead pipeline, task templates and audit log — so the iPhone app covers what the web app covers. LEGAL ASSISTANT: BROADER AND MORE ACCURATE The library now holds 4,231 statute articles across 41 Saudi systems, up from 1,018 across six — including Criminal Procedure, Personal Status, Bankruptcy, Evidence, Arbitration, Commercial Courts, Personal Data Protection and Anti-Money Laundering. COURT PRACTICE, NOT JUST THE TEXT 13,369 published judicial records were added: principles and case summaries from the Board of Grievances (1402-1444H), Supreme Court rulings, and Ministry of Justice circulars. These are labelled distinctly from statute — a court record shows how a provision was applied and never stands in place of the provision itself. Statute text always ranks ahead of it in results. Search was rebuilt to weight rare words, so a question is answered from the system it actually belongs to. Superseded laws are flagged: the 1433 Execution Law is marked as repealed by the new law (M/237, 1447H). NEW LOOK A warm paper background with emerald light moving quietly behind the interface, matching the web app and the website. Every text and background pairing was measured against WCAG AA contrast, including where the light is at its brightest. FIXES · A latent encoding bug in the ZATCA QR code that would have produced invalid codes once longer fields are used. · Scene navigation on the website could latch and stop responding until reload. · The "you are here" indicator in the web sidebar pointed at the wrong section.

Your practice, upgraded. This release brings powerful new tools and a refreshed look: • Unified Agenda — hearings, statutory deadlines, tasks, appointments, and payment installments in one daily/weekly timeline, with overdue items surfaced first. • Payment Plans — split any invoice into scheduled installments, then collect each one and record payments with a full history. • Client Profiles — complete client files with cases, national ID / CR number, and inline editing (feeds the conflict checker). • Case Follow-ups — log calls, meetings, and notes on each case in a clean timeline. • Interactive Tasks — complete and add tasks right from the list. • Refreshed Design — a new brass-and-mashrabiya identity, a welcoming dashboard, and cleaner cards throughout. • Accurate Hijri dates (official Umm al-Qura) and rock-solid, non-duplicating case numbers. Faster, clearer, and built for how Saudi law offices actually work.
