iPhone
Name what you feel, breathe with a Live Activity, and see your emotional patterns over time.
EiMotion helps you check in with how you actually feel. One tap on the emotion wheel, then a short reflection.
HOW IT WORKS
- Emotion wheel: pick from a rich, nuanced set of feelings instead of just "good" or "bad"
- Daily check-ins: build a habit of naming what you feel, in seconds
- Guided breathing: calm down with a breathing exercise that keeps running in a Live Activity, so you can see your progress without opening the app
- EQ score: a simple score that reflects your emotional awareness over time
- History & streaks: a calendar view and streak tracking to see your patterns
- Insights: personalized observations drawn from your own check-in history
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
Most mood trackers stop at a smiley face. EiMotion uses a full emotion wheel so you can be specific. The more precise the word, the more useful the insight.
PRIVACY
Your check-ins are yours. EiMotion is built around a simple, calm workflow: no social feed, no comparisons, no noise.
Take thirty seconds. Name what you feel. Breathe. See your patterns build up over time.
