Confidential Camera -vault
Encrypted voice,NDA,offline
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Capture photos, video and audio into an encrypted, on-device gallery built for NDA and client-confidential work. Nothing syncs to iCloud or your Photo Library.
Confidential Voice & Camera is an encrypted, on-device capture vault for professionals with confidentiality duties: lawyers, auditors, M&A teams, consultants, R&D and field inspectors.
Capture photo, video and audio into one private vault where everything is encrypted and auto-expires. Nothing is ever written to the OS Photo Library, Voice Memos or iCloud.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
- Three capture modes, one lifecycle: photo, video and AUDIO all share the same auto-delete timer.
- Audio that never syncs: your voice notes and recordings stay on the device only, unlike the built-in Voice Memos app.
- Retention enforced automatically: on expiry the item and its encryption key are deleted, so your retention policy is applied without manual clean-up.
ISOLATED BY DESIGN
- Files live only inside the app. They are not saved to Photos, Voice Memos, Files, iCloud or any cloud service.
- Client material stays out of shared storage and device backups by design, which keeps your data-handling policy simple.
ON-DEVICE ENCRYPTION
- Every capture is encrypted with AES-256 on the device.
- The private in-app gallery lets you review and play back your photos, video and audio.
- App lock with Face ID keeps the vault closed until it's you.
AUTO-DELETE TIMER (TTL)
Set a lifetime per capture:
- 5 minutes
- 1 hour
- 1 day
- 5 days
- Keep
When the timer ends, the item and its key are deleted automatically — retention minimisation for confidentiality policies.
WORKS OFFLINE
No account and no network are required to capture or view. The app runs fully offline.
WHO IT'S FOR
- Lawyers and legal teams handling privileged material
- Auditors and M&A / due-diligence teams
- Consultants and advisors under NDA
- R&D and product teams protecting IP
- Field inspection and site survey work
SUBSCRIPTION
Start with a 30-day free trial, then continue with a subscription. Your data always stays on your device. The subscription unlocks capturing. Auto-delete never stops, even after the trial or subscription ends, to protect your data: items still expire on their timers, and the vault stays viewable and exportable.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
・Appearance: a System option (follows your device) joins Natural, Light and Dark, and each choice is shown by name
・Auto-delete reminders: a reminder is no longer dropped when items have different timers, and reminders update right after you shoot, delete or change a timer
・If microphone access is denied, the app now explains why and offers a button to open Settings
・VoiceOver now reads the shutter, capture mode and timer buttons, and icon hints appear when you tap
・At the largest text size, the start button stays on screen
・More reliable purchases: a slow App Store connection no longer keeps the app locked, and “Restore Purchases” always shows the result
