Demola Companion is a tool for Demola team members. During meetings, working sessions, and check-ins, just hit record — Companion turns your voice note into a written summary that's automatically posted to your team's Demola Chat group, so the rest of the team (and your facilitator) stay in the loop without anyone having to write it up by hand.
Key features:
- One-tap audio capture, built for the moment — no typing required
- Pick a note type (meeting, check-in, milestone, and more) and whether the note is about the whole team or just your own update
- An optional short text note alongside the recording, if you want to add detail
- AI-generated summaries are posted to your team's Demola Chat group automatically — you'll never see the raw AI output in the app, just a confirmation it was sent
- Works offline — record without connectivity, and it uploads automatically once you're back online
- Switch between teams if you're active on more than one
Demola Companion is publicly available and built for Demola team members: to use it you need a Demola account — create one free at portal.demola.net — and membership of an active Demola project team.
