BrightLight – Max Nits
Unlock your XDR max brightness
Only for Mac
$4.99
Mac
Push your MacBook Pro's built-in XDR display past its normal limit to full peak brightness — perfect for bright sunlight. One click from the menu bar.
BrightLight unlocks the full peak brightness of your MacBook Pro's built-in Liquid Retina XDR display — going beyond the standard brightness slider,
straight from the menu bar.
Features:
• One-click Max Brightness toggle in the menu bar
• Works on the built-in XDR display; external monitors are untouched
• Optional auto-off after 60 minutes to save the display and battery
• Optional launch at login
• Tiny, native, no tracking, no network access
Requires a mini-LED Liquid Retina XDR display: MacBook Pro 14" and 16" (2021 or later). On other Macs the app runs but shows no effect.
Disclaimer: BrightLight increases brightness beyond Apple's standard limit. Use at your own risk — high brightness increases heat and power use and may
affect the display over time.
