GhostCam turns anything into your webcam.
Pick a video source — a movie file, your built-in camera, or a built-in test pattern — and GhostCam streams it to any app that uses your Mac's camera. It appears as a normal camera called "GhostCam" (or any name you choose) right in the camera picker of Safari, Chrome, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, and more.
Built on Apple's modern Camera Extension technology, GhostCam installs a lightweight, secure system extension so your virtual camera is available system-wide — no plugins, no hacks, no browser add-ons.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Install and activate the GhostCam extension (a quick one-time approval).
2. Choose your video source and press Start.
3. Open your browser or video app and select GhostCam as the camera.
That's it — your source is now your webcam.
Note: GhostCam is a video-only virtual camera (no audio routing). Activating the camera extension requires a one-time approval in System Settings, as with any camera extension on macOS.
