Prefer to stay closed? Turn on a private account and every follow becomes a request you approve. • Comment, reply, and like the ones worth it. A reply sits under what it answers, and the latest comments show on the card itself. • A bell for the rest: someone liked your workout, commented on it, answered you, liked your comment, or started following you. • Your own wall, a tab of its own, with everything you published, the private ones included. • Show your routines on your profile. Anyone who can see it reads the whole thing first, then saves it or copies it to adapt. Yours stay private until you decide otherwise. • Report and block sit on every post, every comment and every profile. THE LIBRARY, REBUILT • 412 exercises, twice as many as before, each with its 3D demo. • Every one has its own sheet now: how to do it, what it is good for, the mistakes to avoid, and the muscles it works, primary and secondary. • Fully translated, and gathered into collections by sport. TRAINING • Start a free workout and add exercises as you go, no routine needed. • Put the exercises of a routine in whatever order you want. They also arrive in the order you picked them, instead of alphabetically. • Warm-up sets are added by default on the heavy compound lifts. • Pick the muscles you care about and a recovery threshold, and EGON tells you when they are ready again. • See your heart rate for a session, read from Apple Health inside that workout's own window. It stays yours until you choose to share it. • Your music keeps playing when you open EGON at the gym.
