What's New in SpedPro Archive Met Goals When a student meets an IEP goal, mark it as met and archive it in one step. Archived goals keep all of their progress data and stay referenced in your reports, so the student's history is never lost. You can start tracking the new goal right away, and SpedPro links it to the goal it replaced. Goals can also be archived as replaced at an IEP review or discontinued, and restored if needed. Edit Progress Data Entered the wrong date or score? Tap the pencil next to any data point or trial to correct the date, score, or notes. Averages, graphs, and reports update automatically. Smoother Notebook Undo Undo and Redo in the notebook now work stroke by stroke, with no screen flash. Shapes and text boxes are included, so one Undo button steps back through everything in order. Improvements Reports, progress report drafts, and parent letters now list goals that have been met. Scores can be typed in exactly, as well as set with the slider. Improved iCloud sync reliability for trial-based goals.

Improved iCloud Sync Fixed several issues that could prevent student records, goals, and work samples from syncing correctly between your iPhone and iPad. Deleted items now stay deleted instead of sometimes reappearing, and uploaded IEP/ETR documents now open correctly on whichever device you're using. New: Import Goals from an IEP Upload an existing IEP (PDF or photo) and select the exact wording of a goal to import it straight into Goals & Progress Monitoring — no retyping required.

What's New Import documents right into your notebook — a PDF, photo, or text file becomes a new page (or several, one per page for multi-page files) that you can write and draw directly on with Apple Pencil or your finger, just like any other notebook page. Uploaded a multi-page PDF or scanned a multi-page document? Export or print all of those pages back out together as a single combined file whenever you need to share it, with any notes you've added included. Also fixes an issue where tapping into a text box on iPad wouldn't bring up the keyboard.
