The four tools that opened from the Dashboard, the Inventory menu and a reseller's toolbar have been removed from the app. Everything else is exactly as you left it — your products, purchases, stock, sales, resellers, clients, documents and every figure in your reports are unchanged, and no setting of yours was touched. The compound library stays where it was, under Reference.

Quotes stay out of every figure a compound owns, a split bill says so on its own record, and the calculators say plainly what they do. QUOTES STAY OUT OF YOUR COSTS, EVERYWHERE A quote is a price you are holding, and it now reaches nothing a compound owns. It cannot change a compound's added costs, it is never listed as a supplier you buy from in vendor comparison or the reorder planner, it cannot cancel a supplier refund on a real order, and it is not counted in units purchased. Cost per unit, margin, stock value, cash and profit were already untouched. A bill can no longer be assigned to a quote either, from the order screen or from the purchase itself. Where that had already happened, your Expenses screen, your expense records and your reports could disagree about whether the money was still overhead — they now give one answer, and a duplicate charge the quote was hiding is reported again. The quote screen says all of this at the top, and it no longer shows a shipment status for something that has not been shipped. In your list of orders a quote is marked Not ordered rather than carrying a delivery stage. A SPLIT BILL SAYS SO ON ITS OWN RECORD Splitting a bill across an order moves money out of operating expenses, and the expense row said nothing about it — so the row looked ordinary while being left out of the month's total. Every split bill now states where its money is: what it was, how much is on purchases, how much is still in operating expenses, and which purchases carry it. The three figures always add up to the bill. In the list, a bill that has been split says so on its own row — "On a purchase — counted in cost of goods, not here" when all of it has gone, or both amounts when only part has. The duplicate-postage check reads the same figures. A postage bill you have assigned in full to a purchase is no longer flagged as recorded twice: that money is freight on the order, not postage on a sale. One you have only partly assigned is still checked, on the part still in operating expenses. ONLY BILLS WITH MONEY LEFT ARE OFFERED When splitting an expense across an order, the picker lists what is LEFT of each bill rather than what it originally cost, and a bill you have already assigned in full drops out of the list. Money that came back to you — a refund recorded as a credit — is not offered either, because assigning a negative cost to a purchase is money nobody spent. THE CALCULATORS SAY WHAT THEY DO Every calculator converts a number you already have. None of them chooses a dose, and the screens now say that rather than implying otherwise: the reconstitution tool asks for the dose you already know and returns the matching volume, and the result is labelled Volume for Your Dose. Not one calculation changed — every figure is identical to the version you have been using.

The guide now explains everything the last update added, and everything since 3.0.16 is included. HELP FOR QUOTES, PRICING, SPLIT BILLS AND DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS Four things arrived with nothing in the guide explaining them. All four are written up against the control you actually tap, including what "This is a" does on an order and what "Price this purchase separately" covers. ONE NAME FOR THE OWNER DRAWS EXPORT The export of money and stock you put in or took out is called Owner Draws & Contributions everywhere now, matching the Help Guide, the PDF and the Android app. The Reports button called it Owner Transactions, which no accountant uses. Same columns; the saved file matches, and PDF reports carry the date instead of a long number. ADDED COSTS ON PURCHASES NOW FOLLOWS THE PERIOD YOU PICK A dated list of costs, so it reads the range on Reports as Expenses and Stock Adjustments already did. It was the only export ignoring it. Costs outside the range simply have no rows. RESELLERS, YOUR RECEIPTS CARRY YOUR OWN NAME If you had not set a business name on your card, a receipt or statement you shared was named after the house you buy from. It now uses your own name instead. Nothing inside the document changed.

Unticking "keeping these for my own use" now gives their own price back too. And one certificate that could not be sent no longer freezes a reseller's stock list: their figures go first, and you are told if they did not arrive. Your resellers can now see what the house holds, and what it costs them, without asking. HOUSE INVENTORY, ON THE SCREEN THEY ALREADY USE A reseller opening Inventory sees their own stock, and now sees yours underneath it — what is available at the house, counted in vials and kits, with what each one costs them from you. They had no way to see this without starting a stock request and backing out of it. Anyone answering a buyer who asks "can you get more of that" was guessing, or messaging you to find out. It is kept separate from their own stock on purpose, and it is deliberately NOT on their price list. A price list is what they can sell today. Advertising stock that is sitting at the house is worse than any figure being wrong, because their buyer has already paid by the time anyone notices. NET CASH MOVEMENT SUBTRACTS YOUR ORDER DISCOUNT The same owner who reported this in 3.0.12 updated, checked, and told us the figure had not moved. He was right. 3.0.12 corrected the discount in the report, the PDF and the deletion warning. The figure he had actually named — Net Cash Movement on the dashboard — was a fourth place that worked the total out separately, and it was the one place nobody had changed. On his own order, 265 of product plus 20 postage with 26.50 off, the app said 285 had left the bank when 258.50 had. Cash Position now reads the same definition as every other screen, so the four cannot drift apart again. Underneath the spend there is a quiet line naming what suppliers gave back — marked as already included above, so it can be read at a glance without being subtracted twice. Your reports, your accountant's file and the printed page all take that total from one place now. Nothing you have recorded needs changing. THE HELP GUIDE EXPLAINS THE DISCOUNT The section on what changed in 3.0 now covers vendor refunds and where they land, in the app and on the website. ONE NOTE FOR ANYONE WHOSE SPREADSHEET READS THE FINANCIAL SUMMARY BY POSITION Ten rows of the financial summary export have moved, so that iPhone and Android emit the same 42 rows in the same order. Every key keeps its name and its meaning. If a spreadsheet of yours finds its columns by NAME, nothing changes. If it finds them by row NUMBER, re-point it once. All of this reads identically on iPhone and Android, row for row and name for name.

Your vendor discounts now reach every figure that should have them. A customer told us the money off a purchase order was not coming off the cash. He was right, and it turned out to be true in three places. WHAT YOU GET BACK FROM A VENDOR NOW COUNTS If you negotiate a discount for ordering volume, or a vendor refunds part of an order, you record it on the order. That money was already coming off what your stock is worth — but not off what the app said you had spent. So the order valued correctly and the cash position read as though you had paid full price, and the gap was exactly the discount you had negotiated. Cash Position now shows the refunds as their own line, and the spend below them is net. The printed report does the same. A refund on a single compound, rather than the whole order, was missing from the same totals and is counted now too. If an order has several compounds on it, the discount comes off once. It belongs to the order, not to each product on it. DELETING AN ORDER TELLS YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT IT The confirmation said what you were about to lose and got the figure wrong twice over. It quoted the cost before the refund, and it listed the shipping a second time when the shipping was already inside the figure above it. On a 600 order with 100 postage and a 250 discount, it promised 660 coming off when the real answer was 410. It now quotes what actually comes off, and says plainly that the refund goes with the order. THE FINANCIAL REPORT NO LONGER COUNTS A PANEL TWICE When you file an expense against a purchase, it becomes a cost on that purchase. The PDF was adding both the cost and the original expense into what you put into stock — the same money on two lines of one total. The home screen had this right; the printed page did not, which is the worse of the two to be wrong. There is now one definition of that total and both read from it, so they cannot drift apart again. YOUR REPORTS COUNT THE RIGHT MONTH A report for one month was printing every certificate and lab panel you had ever recorded, not the ones in that month. On the accountant's file, in the PDF, and in the tax summary. A September report could show hundreds of pounds of panels bought in June. Two more things on those pages while we were in there. "Stock purchased" is now net of a refund on a single compound, so the refund is inside the figure it reduces rather than sitting on a line of its own — and the refund line is named "Less: refunds on these orders" so it is clear it means the whole order, not one product. The accountant's file also gains a marker saying which two of its rows are lifetime figures rather than the period's, the same way the cash block already does. All of this reads identically on iPhone and Android, row for row and name for name. YOUR KIT DISCOUNTS NOW REACH YOUR OTHER DEVICES If you use PepStock on more than one device, kit discounts, a reseller's own selling price and the unpriced-cost flag were not travelling between them. Each device was right on its own, nothing reported an error, and the values simply did not arrive. They sync from now on. THE HELP GUIDE'S KIT SECTION IS CORRECT AGAIN It still said a kit price follows the tier price, which stopped being true when kit discounts arrived. The correction was written the day 3.0.11 went out and missed that build; this is the first release carrying it. Nothing you have recorded needs changing. These are all figures the app worked out from what you had already entered.

Give a kit a discount, and sell by the kit. Some compounds go cheaper by the kit and some do not, so the app asks you how much. GIVE A KIT A DISCOUNT Enter the discount — money off a kit — at each of your three tiers. Leave it at zero and the kit is simply its vials added up, which is most products. The kit price is worked out beside it as you type, so you can see what a buyer will be quoted. You enter the discount, not the kit price, and that is deliberate. Say a kit is $40 off and it stays $40 off. Store the kit price instead and putting your vial price up would quietly deepen the discount — $40 off a $360 kit is 11%, and moving the vial to $150 would leave that same kit price sitting at 47% off, changed by editing a completely different field. SELL BY THE KIT A switch on the sale screen prices the line by the kit and counts the quantity in kits instead of vials. The receipt reconciles. A kit discounted to $700 works out at an odd figure per vial, so a receipt reading "3 x $233.33" is correct and impossible for a buyer to check against the $700 you quoted. It now says "1 kit at $700.00 per kit" underneath — including when the order came off two different batches, where the kit would otherwise have vanished from the paperwork entirely. Quantities stay in vials on the receipt, because vials are what the buyer counts when the box arrives. YOUR PRICE LIST QUOTES KITS The kit price is the headline with the per-vial price beneath it, so a buyer sees what a kit costs and can still compare it against a single vial. On the PDF, on the pasteable list you send through a chat app, and in the preview before you send either. RESELLERS CAN SELL KITS TOO Their own kit discount per tier, set on My Prices, used automatically at the point of sale, and shown on the menu they send their buyers. Their buyer's receipt reconciles the same way yours does. They can also see what a kit costs them from you, which they had no way of knowing: they had your per-vial rate and nothing to say whether you had discounted the kit, so a reseller pricing a kit was pricing off the wrong figure and giving away their own margin. And your kit price is what they are actually charged. When a reseller sells a kit you have discounted, what they owe you is the discounted kit rate — on their screen before they submit it, and in your books when you approve it. A single vial still costs them the full rate. And every count now reads in vials and kits — their own stock, your stock in the catalogue they order from, and the picker they choose from when logging a sale. A kit shortcut appeared on products that are not sold in kits at all, offering "+1 kit = 10 units" on anything with no kit size set — bacteriostatic water, needles, labels. A kit is not the same size at every supplier, so there is no sensible default: products with no kit size now offer no kit shortcut. TWO MORE NUMBERS ON THE DASHBOARD Cash position and low stock, both tappable through to the records behind them. HONEST MATHS ON THE YEARLY PLAN The yearly badge said SAVE 50%. That was exactly true until 8 September 2026, when the yearly price changed — since then it has been 23%, and the badge had not moved with it. The website said the same thing and has already been corrected. The badge is now worked out from the prices Apple actually charges, in your own currency, so it cannot drift again — and if it cannot be worked out it says BEST VALUE and no number rather than a figure nobody checked. Nothing about what you pay has changed. The yearly plan is $45.99, the monthly is $4.99, and the trial is unchanged.

What should be in the bank, counted properly. Money in and out was missing three kinds of real money, so the figure that answers "what should be in the bank" was wrong for anyone who charges for postage, gives refunds, or collects a fee on top. POSTAGE NOW COUNTS, BOTH HALVES What a buyer paid you for delivery is money in. What the carrier charged you to send it is money out. Neither reached your Cash Position before, so a parcel moved your bank account and not your figure. Your profit was always right — this was cash only. A REFUND NOW LEAVES Money handed back to a buyer used to stay in the figure permanently. SURCHARGES NOW APPEAR What you charged on top of goods and postage, what you paid onward, and anything you are holding whose cost is not settled yet — each on its own line. Your Net Cash Movement will change when you update, and that is the point. It was understated. If you have been reconciling against it, the new number is the one to trust. EXPORTS THAT MATCH YOUR DASHBOARD The financial summary and the PDF report both carried your profit and none of your cash, so the figure you would reconcile against a bank statement was on screen and in neither file. Both now include Cash Position: what customers paid you, what you spent on stock, postage in and out, surcharges, and the net movement. It sits beside your profit and will not match it, on purpose — profit is what you earned in the period, cash is what actually moved, and they differ by anything invoiced and not yet paid. Both files now say which is which. The summary also names your business inside the file, not just in the file name. POSTAGE COUNTED TWICE Put a parcel's postage on the sale and also keep the courier's label as an expense, and it came off your profit once in each — the app had no way to know they were the same payment. Your dashboard now says when a parcel looks recorded both ways. Nothing is removed for you: a courier invoice and a parcel of the same price on the same day can genuinely be two payments, and recording it either way gives the same profit, so the app has no basis for deciding which of your entries was a mistake. Money you have not been paid yet is no longer counted as cash either. KITS, WHERE YOU ACTUALLY HAND STOCK OVER Allocating stock to a reseller, handing it over, taking it back, logging a sale, refunding one, entering what you bought — all of them now offer +1 kit and +1/2 kit on any product you have given a kit size, and read back what you entered: "3 kits", "2 1/2 kits", "1 kit + 3". Your resellers get it too — their own screens could not offer kits at all, because the kit size was never sent to their phone. The shortcut has existed since kits arrived; it was only ever shown on three screens, and never on the ones where you hand stock to somebody. A CORRECTION TO WHAT 3.0.9 TOLD YOU Removing a duplicated cost said your profit would go up. For a period you have already reported, it does not move at all — a sale keeps the cost it was given on the day it sold, so only units still to sell carry the corrected figure. The confirmation now says so, and says how to bring a past order up to date: open it and save it. All of this came from one owner checking PepStock against his budgeting app. He found the postage gap; looking for anything else shaped like it turned up the other two.

Costs on a purchase, counted once. The important one first. Filing the same expense onto a purchase twice charged it twice. A certificate or lab panel re-filed onto an order added its money again, which raised what that stock cost you — so it came off your profit a second time as those vials sold. This is fixed, and the app now refuses to file the same expense onto the same purchase more than once. It also finds the ones already in your books. If any purchase is carrying the same cost twice, your dashboard says so and shows each one: the product, the description, the date, what it was charged, and what removing a copy takes off that purchase. Nothing is removed unless you say so — a failed test and its retest really can be the same lab, the same price and the same day. The opposite hole is closed too. An expense filed onto a purchase stops counting as an overhead, because it is meant to be carried by that stock instead. If the purchase was not actually carrying it, the money was counted nowhere at all. It is now found and can be added where it belongs, and filing an expense always records it on the purchase from the start. The same money is no longer shown twice. "Certificates & testing" and "Costs filed onto a purchase" were listing the same payment on your dashboard as two costs. Filed costs now appear once, with a quieter line beneath showing how much of that came from your expenses list — a part of the figure above it, not another payment. Deleting an expense told you the wrong thing. It always said the money came off your costs and profit would go up by that much — which is not true of one filed onto a purchase, where the money left your overheads when you filed it and the cost sits on that purchase instead. The confirmation now says which is the case and names the purchase carrying it. Your certificates and lab work now stay attached to the expense they came from, so a backup and restore keeps the link rather than guessing from the amount and the date. If a cost problem is found, you are told once — not every time you open the app, and never again for something you have already fixed.

Where your money went. Every cost your business has, on one card, second on your dashboard — grouped by when it reaches your profit. What you spent running the business: your operating expenses, now broken out by category. Testing, postage, packaging, travel, fees — what each actually cost you, with the total underneath. What your sales cost you: the cost of the stock that sold, write-offs, and anything a vendor gave back. A refund and a credit are separate lines, because both cut the loss and only a refund is money. What you put into stock: what you paid for product, its shipping, its certificates, and any expense you filed onto a purchase. None of it reduces your profit yet — it is stock you own, and its cost lands when it sells. Netted against what you charged: postage and surcharges, what you collected, what it cost, and the margin between. These only ever appeared in the PDF report before now. There is deliberately no grand total. These are different kinds of money, and adding them up would charge you twice for one payment. Tap any number and see what makes it up. Every figure on the dashboard now opens its records — the tiles, every line of Where Your Money Went, and every line of Cash Position. Your financial report carries the same detail, instead of one expenses line where the app showed eight. Each batch loses the vials that actually left it. A vial taken out of one batch could come off a different one. Send one for testing, mark one expired or damaged, take one for your own use — the count on the batch it came from stayed put, and the vials came off your oldest batch instead. The total was always right, which is why this was easy to miss. Sales and hand-overs to a reseller were never affected. Nothing needs fixing on your side: your batch counts are worked out fresh from records that were right all along. Say which batch it comes out of. Fulfilling a customer order booked the sale against no batch at all, so it was costed at the product's average rather than what that batch cost. Using a vial for a purity or mass test took the soonest-expiring batch silently. Both now ask, and leaving either prompt alone changes nothing. A filed expense stays in your expenses. Filing an expense onto a batch used to remove it from the list. It now stays — still searchable, still editable — and says "On a purchase — counted in cost of goods, not here". Delete the purchase and it comes back. Reseller stock names its batch, and their certificate names the whole cap — cap type and crimp travel now, not just the colour. Their discount is recorded with the sale instead of being dropped on approval. One question about advertising. PepStock asks once whether it may measure which advert brought you here. Say no and nothing changes. You can turn it off any time in Settings, or from the share menu if you are a reseller. It is never used to build a profile of you or your business.

A combined product keeps every supplier. Combining two rows of the same product could put every purchase under one supplier. Merge an order from a second vendor into a product you already had — its own cost, its own cap, its own certificate — and the result could read as though it all came from the first vendor. Nothing was ever deleted. A purchase shows its supplier and cap through its product whenever it has none of its own, and combining moves the purchase across to the other row — so anything blank started reading the other supplier's name. The inheritance moved; the records did not. A purchase now keeps its own supplier and cap from the moment it is created, taken from the order it came in on, and you can still change it on any single purchase afterwards. Combining stamps both before it moves anything, so a merged product lists every delivery separately: its own vendor, its own cost per vial, its own order number, its own certificate. Purchases already merged are repaired when you update. The supplier is read back from the order each one came in on, because an order is one purchase from one supplier — that is a fact being restored, not a guess. A purchase with no order recorded is left blank rather than guessed at. A supplier filled in wrongly looks settled; a blank one still looks like a question. Cap colours are never guessed for the same reason — telling two vendors' green caps apart is the whole point of recording them.

A reseller can now back up their own phone, and restore it. Everything a reseller builds up lives only on their phone — their client book, their prices, the postage, courier and tracking they typed, the fees they added. None of it reaches the house, so the house could not hand any of it back when someone changed phone. Export Backup and Restore from Backup are in their share menu now, writing the same file an owner's backup writes, so moving between iPhone and Android needs no converter. Restoring never changes which team they are on: moving phones still means asking the house for a fresh invite, and the app says so. Their client list export now carries every way of reaching a client, too. Telegram, Signal and WhatsApp were written into that file and never read back, so a reseller who moved phones kept their clients and lost every contact but the number. Every client can have a shipping address, and it prints on their receipt as typed. It travels in backups and exports, and is read when the receipt is made — so reprinting an old receipt after someone moves does not address the next parcel to the old house. Importing contacts keeps addresses now too; a vCard's postal address used to be discarded without trace. Receipts name the strength as well as the compound. Every line reads "Retatrutide 10 mg" rather than "Retatrutide", so a buyer who takes two sizes can tell from the paper which is which. A certificate that is a photo or a scan now prints to fill the page, instead of arriving at whatever size the lab scanned it. A charge that costs you something is no longer counted as profit. A fee used to be either yours or someone else's, and most are neither: charge $12 for rush delivery, pay the courier $9, and you made $3. Charges now carry a "Costs you" field, and the report shows what you charged, what it cost, and the margin between them. A period containing charges you passed on will show a smaller net profit than it did before, by exactly the amount that went straight out again, and the smaller figure is the true one. Gross profit does not move, and nothing you recorded was wrong. Refunding an order hands its charges back too, and says what that means first: the courier does not refund you when you refund your buyer, so refunding that $12 leaves you $9 down. Money collected but not yet settled sits on its own line as held for others, in neither income nor costs. A product you haven't priced yet. You can add a product before you know what you paid for it — the invoice often arrives later. But selling one used to report it as pure profit, because a cost you had not entered was read as a cost of nothing. That is fixed however the sale reached your books: typed in, imported, or approved from a reseller. Those sales now sit outside both your margin and your gross profit until the cost is known. The money still counts as revenue — only the profit claim waits. A period holding one shows a smaller gross and net profit than before, by exactly the amount whose cost nobody entered — the smaller figure is the true one. The report shows the amount awaiting a cost and a Priced sales line beneath it; your exported spreadsheet carries both. To clear one: record what you paid on the product or its batch, then open the order and save it. The sale picks up the cost and rejoins your margin, gross profit and net profit together. Sales already recorded are left exactly as they are until you open one yourself. Stock you haven't costed is left out of the "if I sold it all" figures too, rather than counted as free. An order typed in and never completed can now be deleted from its own edit screen. It asks first, and says what it costs — what comes off revenue, how many units go back on the shelf. Recoverable for 30 days. Deleting a purchase is recoverable now too, with its certificates — and one you have written stock off against cannot be deleted at all, because those vials are a deduction in your tax export.

Costs under a cent are no longer rounded to a cent. Worth checking your recent orders. If you buy anything cheap in quantity — alcohol pads, syringes, vials — the cost per item was capped at two decimals. 3,265 pads for $49.00 is $0.015 each, and the app stored $0.02. That is a third more than you paid, multiplied by the quantity, and it flowed into landed cost, margins, reseller rates, the reorder planner and every report. Nothing looked wrong. An order could come out roughly $16 over what you actually paid. Per-unit costs now keep four decimals everywhere they are typed, shown, printed and exported. If you have entered a sub-cent cost, open the batch and check it. You can type the order total instead. Adding stock, editing a product or editing a batch, there is now a "Total for 3,265 units" row beside the price each — type either and the other fills in. An invoice states a total; the app already knows the quantity, so doing the division was work it should have done. It also gets figures right that you could never type: $49.00 across 3,265 is $0.0150076…, which no number of decimal places would let you enter by hand. Shipping works the same way and leads with the total, because a carrier charges once for the parcel. Supplies can be sized by count. A 200-count box of pads is now "200 count, sold as a box" rather than 200 mg, which read as a strength and priced as dollars-per-milligram. Correcting a cost no longer moves your shipping. Fixing a typo in what you paid used to leave the landed cost untouched, so the overhead silently changed. It now carries across, and the app warns if a landed cost is typed below the cost it includes — that would report profit you never made. Your resellers can pay you, and see where to send it. A reseller with a balance had one button, Make a Deposit, which reads as paying ahead. There are now two on the balance itself: Make a Payment and Make a Deposit. The payment box starts filled in with what they owe, and over-paying is allowed — the extra stays as credit and the screen says so first. Your approvals inbox separates Payments to Confirm from Deposits to Confirm, and you can record either yourself for cash handed over in person. And the app never told them where to send the money. Your Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and crypto details sat in your settings and reached nobody. They are now on the reseller's payment screen as tappable links. Apple Pay has no handle to share, so there is nothing to add for it. You can refund a deposit. Before, sending money back meant lowering the amount or deleting the record — both of which say the money never arrived, so the reseller watched their credit drop with nothing to explain it. Refund This Deposit records the day it went back and a reason they read on their own screen. If the credit has already settled sales, the app names which sales go back to unpaid before you commit. Fixed: if your team syncs by invite code rather than iCloud, your resellers tapping Submit on a deposit were told "Not linked to a team". They were linked. That button had never worked for them. Request a Deposit was dead for the same teams. Fixed: submissions from a reseller on an Android phone arrived in your approvals inbox dated the moment you opened it, rather than the day they were sent. Fixed: Re-send Invite cut off the phone a reseller was using, while your card still showed a tick. It now reads Link a Different Device and asks first. Fixed: deleting a deposit that had already settled sales could bring the money back twice if it was restored later. Also in this release, from 3.0.1: a customer buying three things is one order, not three sales; resellers keep their own selling price and get Send Receipt, Follow Up and certificates on finished sales; amounts you type are no longer merged into the number already there; and a reseller who has paid ahead reads "You're In Credit" rather than a negative figure.

Postage and own-use pulls are now counted properly, and your net profit is unchanged by it. Postage is revenue. What you charge a customer for delivery counts as revenue, and what the carrier charged you to send the parcel sits in Cost of Sales beside what the goods cost. Record it on the sale, next to the postage you charged, and the postage line finally tells you whether it made or lost money — charge 12.00, pay 8.40, keep 3.60. Before, postage was added at the very bottom, after profit had been worked out. Net profit came out right, but revenue and gross margin were both understated, and there was nowhere at all to record what delivery actually cost you. The heading now reads Cost of Sales rather than Cost of Goods Sold, because it carries delivery as well as what the goods cost. Shipping you pay a supplier to send stock to you is unchanged — that stays part of the stock's landed cost. A reseller's own-use pull is now a sale. When a rep takes stock for themselves they owe you the reseller rate, so it is a sale at that rate: it counts as revenue with its cost against it, shown on its own line so it never flatters trade performance. It used to be left out of both revenue and cost while the money still appeared in your cash position, so cash and profit drifted apart by the whole margin with nothing explaining the gap. This one changes what past periods report. A month that contained an own-use pull will now show a different profit figure. The new number is the correct one — the old one understated it. Units, margins, leaderboards and per-rep cards are unchanged; they still count trade sales only. One spreadsheet column is renamed. In the Financial Summary, shipping_collected is now of_which_shipping_collected and sits under the sales total. A spreadsheet that added the old column onto sales would now be counting postage twice, and the new name is there to stop that. Also in this release: a Rep Sales Summary putting every reseller side by side, four exports split out of the old combined file so each opens cleanly in a spreadsheet, and every export identical to the Android app column for column. Fixed: opening the Reconstitution Calculator from the Calculators screen closed the app. It happened every time, on every phone. Fixed: Restore from Backup did nothing when tapped. Fixed: adjusting the date on an owner draw closed the editor as it opened.

Your currency, everywhere PepStock was dollars-only. Set your currency in Settings and every price, report, receipt, price list, chart, export and home-screen widget follows — on your resellers' phones too. It changes how amounts are written, not what they are worth: there is no conversion and no exchange rate, deliberately, because a rate that moved would rewrite your history every time it changed. Buy and sell by the kit Set how many units are in a kit on any product and entering a quantity gets +1 kit and +half kit buttons. Three kits is two taps instead of thirty, and the line underneath reads back what you entered — "2 1/2 kits", "1 kit + 3". Every price also shows what a whole kit costs at that tier, which is what a buyer of HGH is usually quoted. Check-ins, written for you The app already knew who had gone quiet. It never helped with the hard part, which is what to say. There is now a set of check-ins to pick from, on clients and resellers alike — how they're getting on, what they're working towards, a restock nudge, a balance reminder. Each is filled in from that person's own record and editable before it goes, and it sends on whatever they actually use: text, WhatsApp, email, Telegram, Signal. Someone you've just messaged drops off the quiet list for a fortnight. Follow-ups, per client The follow-up reminder was one switch and one interval for everybody. Each client now has their own, so a monthly buyer and a twice-a-year buyer are no longer chased on the same clock — and a client you'd rather not chase can be left out without turning reminders off for everyone. Export your client book Every client with their contact details, when they last bought, what they owe, and the compounds they actually order with quantities. It reads straight back into the app's own client importer, so it doubles as the way to move to a new phone. Resellers can export their own book the same way; it never contains anyone else's. Send the lab report with the receipt When a buyer asks for proof of testing, the certificates for what they bought can ride on the back of the receipt as one PDF, rather than a receipt and some loose files that get separated the moment they're forwarded. It sends the certificates for the lot they were actually handed, not every certificate the product has ever had. Resellers can give a receipt Resellers had none at all. Every sale they log now offers one, and any past sale can produce one later. It carries their business name, their logo and their contact details — never the house's — and the price their buyer paid, never what they owe you. Scan a price list with the camera Importing a vendor's price list meant saving the picture to Photos first. There is now Scan with Camera on the import screen, several pages at a time. It straightens the sheet before reading it, which matters more than the convenience: the table is rebuilt from where the text sits on the page, so a sheet photographed at an angle used to mix up columns. Also fixed Backups now carry every field on every record, checked automatically so one can't go missing again. A vendor quote's volume tiers, a client's check-in date and their follow-up settings all survive a restore — and a backup written on Android restores here with its tier ladder and dates intact.

Version 2.7.9 — a failed test isn't always a loss, and nothing is set in stone DELETING NOW WARNS YOU — AND CAN BE UNDONE - Before anything is deleted, you're told what goes with it: the purchases behind a product, the stock a reseller is holding, the sales that lose their link, and whether your profit changes - Everything you delete goes to Settings > Recently Deleted for 30 days, and comes back in one tap with its purchases, hand-overs, sales and lab documents - No backup file needed, and nothing you've entered since is overwritten - Deleted something before this update? Certificates of analysis can now be links, not just files. Plenty of vendors publish lab results on a page instead of handing over a PDF — save that link against the compound and it's recorded like any other certificate. Save both a file and its source link and the certificate survives the vendor's page being moved or taken down. Share any certificate in a tap, straight from the list. Files go out under a name that says what they certify — "Retatrutide 30mg COA - Lot APX-RT30.pdf" — instead of a string of characters your client can't read. A link-only certificate shares the link instead. Your resellers get all of it too: certificate links sync to their app alongside the files, so they can show a buyer proof of purity, or send it on, right from their phone.

Shelf life. Expiry was tracked but easy to miss — now it warns you. Alerts as stock approaches its date, a dashboard card showing what it's worth in dollars, badges in your inventory list, and a Shelf Life screen listing what's lapsed and what's close. You can write off a single expired batch without condemning the whole product, and the loss is recorded properly. Allocating stock now offers the batch that expires FIRST, so older stock goes out before it dies on the shelf. Refunds. Record a refund on a customer sale — full or partial, per order or per product, with a reason, and your choice of putting the vials back on the shelf or writing them off. Revenue, profit, units sold and reseller balances all net it out automatically, and the sale stays in your history instead of vanishing. Vendor refunds can now also be logged against a whole order, not just one compound. Sales, by client. A new view groups sales by who bought them: each client's lifetime spend, what they still owe, their phone number, and their orders — each expanding to show the products, quantities, prices and profit. Message or call them in a tap, with a re-order note ready to send. Re-order reminders. Get a nudge to check in a set time after a client's last purchase. On by default at 22 days, adjustable in Settings. Also: sort and filter your inventory by value, stock, expiry or what isn't selling, and a new Not Selling section in the Reorder Planner showing cash tied up in stock that hasn't moved.

Resellers can now price by tier. Set a Retail price and a Friends & Family price for each compound in My Prices, then pick the tier — or type a one-off Custom price — right on the Log Sale screen. Your saved rate fills in automatically. Added a discount option to reseller sales, in the same 5–20% steps the house side uses. It comes off your customer's total, and the app still makes sure the sale clears the rate you owe the house before you can submit it. House inventory is now its own tab for resellers, instead of being tucked away — see everything available with your rate, request stock, and send stock back, all in one place, with a badge when a request is still waiting on the house.

You can now fully delete a purchase/order from a batch — for a never-shipped order or one that came back as a refund instead of product, remove it and your vial counts and totals update automatically. (Orders with reseller stock out or house sales attributed to them stay protected and can still be edited.) Added a per-order refund amount field — enter what a vendor refunded you and it nets straight into that order's cost and your investment totals, without touching your per-vial cost basis. Plus a round of bug fixes and reliability hardening across sales, deposits, and the CSV/PDF importer.

Version 2.7.2 - Fix things you couldn't fix before. Vial counts, vendors and the full purchase record behind every order — vendor, lot number, order date, vials, cost and landed cost — are all editable now. Correcting a miscounted order moves your house stock by the difference instead of leaving the totals quietly wrong. - Recorded deposits can be corrected or removed, with the amount floored at whatever has already settled sales. - Vendor quotes are editable rather than delete-and-retype, and certificates of analysis now carry a lab name, date and notes. - Import a sales report. Upload a CSV or Excel file and every line is previewed before anything is booked — unmatched products, missing prices and lines that would oversell are flagged and switched off. Stock comes down as sales are booked. Resellers can upload too; their lines arrive as pending submissions for your approval, exactly like a sale logged by hand. - Resellers can take back a sale or return you haven't reviewed yet, then submit it again correctly. - Reconstitution calculator now handles mg, mcg and IU, with a to-scale U-100 syringe showing exactly where to draw. IU never converts to mg, because that ratio is compound-specific. - A warning when a price tier sits below your landed cost, since wholesale is the reseller rate and every reseller sale under it would lose money. - Revenue and profit now exclude reseller own-use pulls everywhere, so the dashboard, reports and exports all agree. Own-use is still counted as owed. - Backups now preserve batch links, vial units, discounts, order grouping and reseller sync settings that earlier versions dropped on restore.

Version 2.7.1 - Every compound now links straight into PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov and Europe PMC. Blends search the combination first, then each ingredient on its own. These are live searches of the published literature, not a fixed reading list. - Fixed: reinstalling could leave several copies of every compound in the library. Existing duplicates are merged next time you open the app, and anything filed against a duplicate keeps its compound. - Protect your team account: add an email and password under Team, and if you lose or replace your phone you can sign back in and pick up exactly where you left off. Nothing changes for your resellers. - The compound library is now a complete reference — every one of the 200 compounds carries what it is, how it works, what people use it for and its commonly-cited benefits, alongside the dosing, reconstitution, storage and cautions already there. - Stock you allocate to a reseller now appears on their device straight away instead of waiting for them to reopen the app. - Crash reporting: if the app ever fails, a report tells us which line broke so it can be fixed quickly. Stack trace and device model only — never your inventory, sales, customers or resellers. Switch it off any time in Settings.

Version 2.7 - Fixed: logging a sale at the Custom price tier could stop PepStock opening at all. The dashboard chart now covers every tier automatically. - Resellers can now be on Android or iPhone. They see their stock, balance and COAs, and submit sales for your approval on either platform. Existing reseller links keep working. - Resellers can mark stock they keep for their own use instead of logging a fake sale. They still owe the reseller rate, but it no longer counts as revenue. - The price tier (Retail, F&F, Wholesale, Custom) now sits at the top of a sale, before the products it prices. - Correct a reseller's stock: tap any transfer to fix the count, date or note. Only the difference moves back to house stock. - Tap a sale to edit it, from the Sales tab or a reseller's page. Editing an order now leads with the client, with New Client right there.
