Notifications, asked properly. - Setting up now asks about notifications on the same screen as location and motion, and says first what they are for: your weekly recap, a heads-up the evening before a good day to ride, and word when a rider you brought earns you free rides. - It is optional, it is asked last, and saying no changes nothing else - every ride still records.

Nothing cut off. - The onboarding screens scroll now. Some were taller than the phone and quietly cut off their own text, including the line explaining what happens after you sign up and the line about accepting the safety terms. - If the app could not reach us right after you signed up, it never showed you the two ways to ride. It asks again on the next launch instead of losing the moment.

New riders now see how many free rides they have left, right under Start - and are told the deal on the very first screen, before creating an account.

Nothing changes for subscribers. - The line under Start always tells you what the next ride will do, so nothing is a surprise.

Ride credits now come in packs of 3 and 10. A credit is one ride in full Pro detail - lean angle, cornering score, the route - and it never expires.

Five things that were quietly wrong. - Deleting your account removed your data but left the app still showing you as Pro on that device. It now signs you out of your subscription too. - In rare cases the delete could report success without actually deleting anything. It now fails loudly instead. - The Record screen stayed black in broad daylight on a fresh install. It follows the sun where it can and your clock where it cannot. - The Free/Pro comparison said both "unlimited rides" and "5 a month". Recording is unlimited on every plan; what the free plan limits is how many rides a month keep their lean angle and score. - Tapping the notification that says a friend earned you a free month now opens the referral screen instead of wherever you were last.

Ride credits are now reachable from Profile at any time - single, 5-pack or 10-pack. They never expire. Lean readings above 60 degrees are no longer recorded. Street tyres ground out well before that, so anything higher was the sensor being wrong rather than you being fast. Fixed: the weekly plan could appear with no price and a message blaming your connection.

Fixed, and it had been broken since the day the feature shipped: if you signed in with Apple or Google, the app threw away the referral code you typed. That was most riders. A code from a friend now works however you sign in. The code box moved to the top of the sign-up screen, above the Apple and Google buttons, so it is actually there when you need it. A ride you set a new personal best on now says so, right on the summary screen, before you share it. The branded share card has four grounds to choose from now, instead of the same look every time. Sharing to Instagram now carries a real link back to the ride - a friend who taps it lands on it, not a search for the app. Riding with two or more people, you can share the whole crew as its own card. A timed lap at a circuit can be shared on its own card, with the track name and your best time. Pro: apex now flags corners where you were still slowing down after the apex - the same thing a riding coach watches for. Fixed: the lean pins on a shared ride could bunch up on one corner and hide the rest of the ride.

The second tab is Rides: what other riders have been out on, both the riders you follow and the riders you have actually ridden with. Your own rides moved to your profile, where your name and your bike already were, drawn as cards instead of table rows. Everything you can change (account, privacy, plan, units, alerts) is behind the gear at the top of the profile. Ride maps now keep their corners. A hairpin is drawn as a hairpin instead of being cut off by the route being stored too coarsely.
