Ouro now speaks French: the whole app is translated, from your first idea to the try-on on your skin. Also fixed: the keyboard no longer covers your idea while you type, and the cost of a design is now shown correctly everywhere.

Ouro's App Store page has been refreshed, with new screenshots and descriptions now in 13 languages. Nothing changes inside the app — your designs, try-ons and Book are right where you left them.

Ouro has dropped the subscription. Credits only now — you buy what you use, they stay yours, and nothing renews behind your back. The intro has changed too: the ink settles onto skin on the very first screen, so you see the thing itself before anyone asks you for anything.

Ouro now draws your first piece while you set up — from your own answers, not a stock catalogue. Style, placement, what you want it to say: by the time you land, there is already something on the table with your name on it.

Buying a credit pack now unlocks Ouro straight away. If you bought one and stayed behind the paywall, this fixes it — your credits were there the whole time. Credits also go further than we used to say: 1 credit is 1 design or 1 try-on. Ouro Pro now covers 40 designs and 20 try-ons a month.

The trial got bigger. It now covers ten designs and five fittings — enough to get past the first sketch, which is rarely the one you'd wear. And when the drawing takes longer than it should, I'll tell you it's a queue rather than leaving you looking at a shrug.

Credits first. Buy only what you need — no subscription required, and the 3-day free trial is still one tap away. If a payment ever fails, Ouro now tells you in time to fix it.

Every fitting keeps itself now. You used to have to decide to save the ink you tried on, and reach past a permission box to do it. Most of it slipped away. Now a fitting lands in your book the moment it exists — marked as worn, sitting with the designs it came from. I've tidied the book while I was in there. Your drawings on one side, what you've actually worn on the other.

A much lighter Ouro. The app is a fraction of its old size, so it downloads faster and opens quicker — and every style and placement image now appears the moment you ask for it, instead of loading in.

A quiet one. If you've been with me since the early days, this is where I learn to keep hold of you: delete me, come back later, and I'll know it's you.

Four free designs, not one. One sketch was never enough to know what belongs on your skin. Draw four with me before I ask you for anything — then try on the one that stays with you. I've sharpened my mark, too. Easier to find on your home screen.

Your Book stays yours. Pieces you've saved now survive every update. Install a new version and your ink is exactly where you left it — ready to try on again. When the needle slips, I'll go again. A fitting that doesn't come out right now offers a second pass on the same photo. No need to frame the shot twice. Fewer dead ends. Saving a fitting no longer gets stuck when you've only granted access to a few photos.

Your fitting no longer disappears if Photos says no. When Ouro can't reach your camera roll, there's now a way straight to Settings — and your try-on is still waiting when you come back.

Your designs now save to your Book automatically — generate a piece, leave the screen, come back, and it's still there.

Small fixes and improvements under the hood.

Bring me a photo you already have. I could only ink what your camera saw, live — which ruled out your back, your shoulder blade, the nape of your neck. Now pick any photo from your library and I'll ink the design onto it. Also new: • Send a design from your Book straight to your artist • Not quite right? We've made the AR try-on noticeably better: • Your design now settles into your skin like real, healed ink — following your body's curve, light, and texture. • Tattoos land where you intended, at a size that looks true to life. • Trying a saved design on again is faster than ever.
