OrangeCue Boarding Assistant helps event teams prepare video headsets before guests enter an OrangeCue presentation.
The iPad app connects to OrangeCue Hub or OrangeCue Event on the same local network and turns technical headset status into a clear boarding overview. Multiple assistants can use separate mobile devices at the same time, so the team sees the same current readiness information while fitting headsets on guests.

OrangeCue Boarding Assistant is not a replacement for OrangeCue Hub or OrangeCue Event. It is the operational companion for the people fitting and checking headsets while the show operator keeps control of content, synchronization, and playback.
Unlike a generic network or device list, Boarding Assistant presents the OrangeCue-specific information needed at guest handoff: headset alias, readiness, current volume, connectivity, available storage, and start-screen proof in one focused interface.
IMPORTANT
- OrangeCue Hub or OrangeCue Event and compatible OrangeCue Client installations are required.
- All devices must be connected to the same permitted local network.
- Apple does not expose every connected-earphone detail to third-party apps. The app displays only information that OrangeCue Client can report reliably.
- Boarding Proof is a single requested status image, not continuous headset mirroring, and is intended for boarding and start-screen checks.
