Al Ijaba review, redesigned. • A clearer review screen. The dark bar with pale, hard-to-read labels is gone. Your queues now sit at the top as tabs with a count each, so you can see what is waiting on you at a glance. • Every item tells you where it stands. Each card shows the question number, the stage it is in, how long it has been there, and marks itself when it is running late. • A calmer editor. The recording, question and answer sit as separate cards, with one main button at the bottom — Save while you have edits, otherwise Sign, Submit or Mark done. Comments and history open as panels that lift above the keyboard. • See who has signed. Sign-offs are grouped by role, showing who has approved and who is still to come. • Better comments and history. Comments are grouped by the field they are about, with one box for typing or recording a voice note. History separates who wrote what from the full list of changes, and long lines no longer break mid-word. • An overview for administrators. A new summary shows how many items sit at each stage, opens straight into any stage or the overdue list, and shows who is carrying what across testers, scholars, verifiers and the release board. • Administrators can reopen a rejected item and send it back for testing. • A clearer message when someone else is editing the same item.

Improved File Assignment Views • Easily identify assigned files with "Mine" and team member indicators directly in the Al-Ijaba list view. • Filter your view instantly with the new "Assigned to me" toggle.
