GE Connect is a private space for you and the people you serve. Share updates, a calendar and reminders, and chat privately, in a professional place that stays away from social media.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Any professional or service provider who wants to stay in touch with clients and participants:
• Adapted transport
• Home and individual support
• Family services
• Coaching and therapy
• Schools, pre-K classes, day camps and daycares (School mode)
ONE SPACE, THREE MODES
• General (default): invite participants by email, with no records.
• School: add follow-up records for children and invite their parents or guardians.
• Student group: ideal for team work. Every teammate can chat, post, share documents and plan together.
Set the mode in Admin > Modules.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Post to the wall: announcements, photos, videos and documents. Pin important updates.
• Choose who sees each post.
• Add appointments and dates to the shared calendar, with reminders.
• Import a calendar from a PDF, Excel file or photo: events are prepared for your review.
• Chat one to one or in a group. One inbox gathers your conversations from every space.
• Share files in the Documents section: folders, audience-based access and private drop boxes for participants. Up to 500 MB per file and 5 GB per space.
• Get notifications that open the exact place.
• Show a translation in English, French or Spanish without replacing the original text.
• Switch between spaces with one account.
IN SCHOOL MODE
• Import a list (PDF, Excel, Word, CSV or photo) to prepare follow-up records.
• Write a follow-up with quick cards (mood, participation, challenges), custom cards, a short note and photos.
• Send a need to parents, like a change of clothes.
• Find each child’s photos in their portfolio.
CLEAR ROLES
Owner, admin, professional, responsible contact (parent or guardian) and participant: everyone only sees and does what their role allows. At sign-up, choose “I am a professional” or “I am a participant”. Participants join a space by email invitation.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Data and media hosted in Québec (OVH Beauharnois), with privacy practices designed to meet Law 25.
• Media kept in private storage and opened through short-lived signed links.
• No ads.
• Posts, messages, events and media expire automatically after 18 months.
• Close and delete your space when the service ends.
SIMPLE PRICING
Your first space in General or Student group mode is free for life. Other spaces start with a 3-month free trial, then a monthly or annual subscription per space. Every member is included, with no per-participant fees. Cancel anytime.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage them in your Apple Account settings.
