more New figures on the weigh-in screen, redrawn and re-fitted to the layout.
The main cards on My meals, Goals and Profile are now slightly
transparent, so the screen behind them reads through - matching HDX
Workout, for anyone using both.
A new line on the start-up screen.
2.8.0 2d ago
Tapping send-by-email as a free member now opens the Trainer plan, not Personal.
The Connect your apps panel no longer claims you have a separate HDX Workout account when you do not, and it opens at full height again.
2.7.0 Oct 24
Your two Haddiction apps, one account.
If you signed up in HDX Meals and HDX Workout separately, the apps can now join those accounts for you. The workouts you log in HDX Workout will then tick off your daily training goal here, and your weight is the same in both.
• Connect in a couple of taps with your HDX Workout password
• Or use Sign in with Apple, if that is how you sign in there
• The connection graphic in Profile now shows whether the accounts are really joined, and tapping it starts the process
See where you are heading. The goal wizard now shows your transformation, matched to the goal and body you picked.
2.6.0 Oct 24
The food choice screen has been rebuilt. Breakfast, main meals and dinner are each one clean dark card now, instead of three differently coloured boxes stacked on top of each other.
Picking a food is a row you tap: a photo of the food, what it is for, and the one you have chosen. Your ingredients sit underneath as a strip of pictures. Breakfast has a simple Include switch if you would rather skip it.
Nothing about your plan changed - the same foods, the same recipes, the same numbers. It is only easier to look at and easier to use on a phone.
2.5.0 Oct 23
A finished month on Goals now opens as four rings - water, meal plan, weigh-ins and workouts - that fill in as you look at them, with the number beside each one and what it was measured against.
Ticking a meal off answers back: “Well done - 3 meals to go”, counting down to the last one of the day.
Fixed: signing back in takes you to the meals you built, instead of the empty builder. Fixed: the red ring on the Weight screen no longer flies in from the side. Goals also opens on the current month again after you have been elsewhere in the app.
2.4.0 Oct 19
The Goals tab has been rebuilt around your day. It opens on a Today card showing how many of your goals are done and how your week has gone, then your hydration, then a card for each goal.
Water now fills a real HADDICTION bottle, with a scale beside it reading your goal, your level and zero. Pass your goal and it runs over.
Your goals are cards now: meals show a progress bar, and a finished one turns green. Tapping Continue on your meals takes you to the first meal you haven’t ticked and shows you the tick.
Fixed: adding or removing water quickly could leave the wrong amount saved. Fixed: “Today’s meals” could say no plan was built when one was.
2.3.1 Oct 15
A clearer Weight screen
Your three numbers - current weight, weekly change and total change - now sit
together in one card above the trend, levelled against each other instead of
scattered. Goal progress has moved onto the main screen, so you can see where
you are without opening anything.
The log button sits above the card where your thumb is, the + button reads
clearly against the figure, and the advice sheet is as tall as what is in it
rather than a fixed height.
2.3.0 Oct 7
A clearer Weight screen
The weight screen has been rebuilt around your figure.
- Your 8-week trend now sits on the screen itself, as see-through glass over
the figure, instead of being tucked behind a tap.
- Weekly change, total change and logged weights read as one row of three, so
you can compare this week against the whole journey at a glance.
- The verdict (On track, Gaining and the rest) sits directly under your weight,
and still opens its advice when tapped.
- Tapping the locked + now tells you when logging reopens.
Also in this version
- The produce field is back on the meals screen.
2.2.0 Oct 4
Sign-up asks whether you are male or female
Your calorie target is worked out from it, so it starts right instead of
starting on a default. You can still change it any time in your profile.
Latvian fixes
The sign-up questions now appear in Latvian.
2.1.0 Sep 29
Pick your character
Choose from 55 characters to represent you instead of your initials. Tap
the circle in Profile > Account to change it. Your choice follows you to
HDX Workout and to haddiction.lv automatically, so you are the same
character everywhere.
A new plate
My meals has new artwork behind it, running the full height of the screen
and matching the Weight screen's look.
Weight fixes
Typing your weight is responsive again rather than lagging behind your
keystrokes. Filling in a weigh-in you missed no longer immediately creates
another missed one a week later. The figure behind the screen is slightly
darker, so the numbers over it read more easily.
Also in this update
- Your character, name and email sit directly on the Account screen rather
than inside a box.
2.0.0 Sep 26
A new Weight screen
Weight tracking is rebuilt around a full-screen anatomical figure, with
your current weight, your weekly and total change, your trend and your
goal progress laid over it. Choose a male or female figure from Settings
on that screen.
Everything about the screen in one place
The gear button now holds both your goal and your weigh-in reminders, so
they are no longer split between two corners. Your weigh-in log slides up
from the bottom when you want it.
Simple and Advanced modes
The meal builder opens in Simple mode, which keeps the screen to what you
need to follow your plan: your meals, swapping, combining and the shopping
list. Switch to Advanced when you want to build a plan yourself, and the
saving, saved meals, food catalog and add-product controls come back.
The food catalog moved
It now sits on the meal builder itself, next to saved meals, instead of
having its own tab - the same place it sits on haddiction.lv. The tab bar
is down to three tabs, with Meals in the middle.
Also in this update
- The outcome for the day sits next to your calories, so you can see at a
glance whether the day lands where you want it.
1.9.0 Sep 25
Simple and Advanced modes
The meal builder now opens in Simple mode, which keeps the screen to what
you need to follow your plan: your meals, swapping, combining and the
shopping list. Switch to Advanced when you want to build a plan yourself
and the saving, saved meals and add-product controls come back.
Clearer daily totals
The outcome for the day now sits next to your calories, so you can see at a
glance whether the day lands where you want it.
1.8.0 Sep 21
Save a whole meal straight from its card, with the meal flying into your saved list so you can see where it went
A saved meal you add now keeps its own cooking guide and photo instead of being absorbed into whatever was already on the plate, and a second helping gets its own card
Remove the first or last meal of the day with the new bin: the meal goes and its calories are shared out across your main meals, so the day still lands on target
Changed your mind? Bring the meal back in one tap and everything returns to where it was
Swiping an ingredient to delete it now works on the first try, wherever on the row you start the swipe
1.7.0 Sep 5
Manage or cancel your subscription without leaving the app - the button opens Apple's own subscription settings.
Clearer wording about what cancelling does: it stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the period you have paid for ends.
1.6.0 Sep 2
Setting up weight tracking has been fixed - it could leave you stuck.
The number keypad now has a Done button, so it no longer covers the Save button with no way to close it.
"Log today's weight" now takes you to set your goal first if you have not set one, instead of opening a screen whose Save button could not work.
Your start weight counts as your first weigh-in, so you are not asked for the same number twice.
When Save is greyed out, the screen now tells you what is missing.
You can reset your weight history from the goal screen.
1.5.2 Sep 1
- The free trial is now only offered to members Apple will actually honour it for
- Forgot your password and nothing arrived? The screen now tells you what to do instead
- If your account was made with Apple, the screen says so and points at the Apple button instead of blaming your password
- The sign-in screen remembers which way you got in last time
- If you signed in with Apple, the app now asks about your haddiction.lv account rather than leaving you to find it
1.5.1 Aug 27
- Set your training goal, start weight and goal weight, then watch the progress bar fill
- Your weekly change is now coloured by your goal, so gaining weight reads as green on a muscle-gain plan
- Tap the status line for a short coaching panel: what the reading means and three or four things worth doing about it
- Tap any dot on the trend chart to see that week's weight and date
- Missed a weigh-in? You can now go back and fill that day in
- Show the last 8, 16 or 24 weeks of your log, or all of it
- You no longer get signed out when the app comes back from the background, plus general polish and bug fixes
1.5.0 Aug 26
Join our WhatsApp community in English or Latvian, both groups are now live
Your display name is the same everywhere: in the app, on haddiction.lv, and in HDX Workout
Fixed a merged account showing twice on the leaderboard
Profile polish and general bug fixes
1.4.1 Aug 25
- Change your name or email from the Account screen, confirmed by a code sent to your inbox.
- Shared leaderboard and achievements across both apps.
- HDX Workout members can now get into Meals without hitting a dead end.
- Cleaner Profile and Account screens, plus a tidier info button.
- Fixes to the link screen, the delete-account prompt and the subscription card.

Combine your smaller main meals into one when you'd rather eat fewer, bigger meals
Clearer, animated feedback as calories are deducted while you adjust your day
Refreshed profile: grouped links, a new WhatsApp community card, and tap-to-change avatar
The app now lets you know when a new version is available

• Refreshed the look of the Goal setup steps for a cleaner, more consistent feel.
• Added our HDX Meals branding to the launch screen.

• Jump between steps - tap any completed step in the goal calculator to go straight back and tweak it.
