Tek — Notes, Tasks & Calendar

Notes, diary, tasks, scanner

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Notes, tasks, calendar, diary and a document scanner — all in one app. Free, no ads, no tracking; your data stays safe in the EU. Tek brings your scattered productivity apps together. Take notes, manage tasks, see your calendar, keep a diary and scan documents — no other app needed. • NOTES — Block-based rich editor: headings, lists, to-dos, tables, photos. Paper and color options. Folders and subfolders. • TASKS — Quick add, due dates, priorities, repeats. Two-way sync with Apple Reminders: what you set on your phone appears in Tek, and vice versa. • CALENDAR — Month and week views, synced with Apple Calendar. Your events at a glance. • DIARY — Yearly journal volumes: a page for every day, checklists, reminders straight from a line. A daily market strip (USD, EUR, gold, Brent) is stamped onto each day's page and kept forever. • FILES — Document scanner with automatic edge detection, cropping and searchable PDFs (OCR). Organize scans into folders, e-mail or share as PDF. • SHARE — Import content from other apps via the share sheet or "Copy to Tek". • WIDGETS — See your diary and tasks on the Home Screen; tick a task straight from the Lock Screen widget. • VOICE MEMOS — Speak and get an on-device transcript; the recording and its text land in Files. Audio never leaves your device. • TABLES — Real tables inside notes: cell editing, delete row by row. • TRASH — Restore deleted notes, tasks and files. • OFFLINE — Write without a connection; everything syncs when you're back online. PRIVACY Your data is stored in Frankfurt (EU) and never leaves the region. No tracking, no ads, no data sharing with third parties. You can permanently delete your account and all data in-app at any time. Completely free — no in-app purchases. Sign in with your e-mail and password, with Apple, or with Google. A one-time e-mail code is available too.
