In or Out
Group lottery payment tracker
$3.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
In or Out is the simple way to run a workplace or friends' lottery syndicate without the spreadsheet headache. It tracks who has paid their weekly contribution and who hasn't — so on draw day you know exactly who's in and who's out.
IMPORTANT: In or Out is an administrative tool only. It does NOT facilitate lottery entries, does not process any form of gambling, does not place bets, and does not connect to any lottery operator. It simply helps the person running a syndicate keep track of member contributions and split any winnings they record.
WHY PEOPLE USE IT
Running a syndicate means collecting the same small amount from the same people, week after week — and remembering who's fallen behind. Miss that, and someone who didn't pay could be "in" on a winning draw. In or Out removes the doubt: one clear screen shows every member's status for the year.
FEATURES
• 52-week colour-coded calendar — green for paid, grey for upcoming, red for overdue, at a glance for every member.
• Know who's in and who's out — anyone behind on payments is flagged instantly, so draw day is never in dispute.
• Log payments with full history — record each contribution and see a complete record per member.
• Automated email reminders — nudge members who owe, without the awkward conversation.
• Year rollover with carry-forward — start a new year in seconds and carry balances across.
• Dark mode and a shareable view — easy on the eyes, easy to show the group.
BUILT FOR THE ORGANISER
Whether it's the office pool, a family group, or a club kitty, In or Out is designed for the one person who keeps it all running. Add members with just a name and email, mark payments as they come in, and let the app handle the rest.
NO GAMBLING. NO BETS. NO PAYOUTS.
In or Out never places bets, buys tickets, or moves money. It is a private record-keeping tool for tracking group contributions and splitting any winnings the organiser records — nothing more.
