instead of charts and warnings, you get a little guy who's genuinely affected by how your day went. it's so much easier to stick to a limit when there's someone you can't let down.
how it works
• adopt your catto and name him, he's yours to care for
• pick the apps that usually eat your time and set a daily limit
• he counts the minutes quietly using apple's screen time
• when today's snacks run out, he can block those apps behind a cozy nap screen
• every morning he writes a diary page about yesterday, calm days stack into streaks
• calm days also pay out yarn balls, spend them on treats and collect keepsakes
blocking, but gentle
• blocking is optional, turn it on or off anytime in settings
• pick how firm he is: gentle, balanced or strict
• need a moment? ask for 5 more minutes, he just gets a little rounder
