Halloween is here. A jack-o’-lantern moon rises over every hill. Lights on the lifts, pumpkins at the lodge, bats overhead, horse-drawn carriages in the lot, and your skiers in costume. Open the hill after dark and see it for yourself. Also new: the Weekly Cup now invites you to enter when you finish a season on this week’s hill. Plus fixes and polish.

A rebuilt desk to run your hill from. A new Operations tab holds the nightly calls, the Money and Analysis pages are cleaner, and there are season charts to look back on. Simple now ends each day with a short recap, plus word from your other hills if you own more than one. A fairer star rating that reflects how your hill runs now, including hills you buy. On the phone, your rating shows as stars lit to match it. The day ticket buttons now follow the price chart. Cheap keeps your star rating, Expensive makes the most money but costs stars, and Balanced sits between the two. In Complex you can also drag the price chart to set it yourself. New Owner profile pictures to earn and choose.

The Hill Cup is here. Every week you can enter your hill and see what other players have built. If you own The Region or Pro, you can vote for your favorites too. You don't have to wait for the Cup to show off. Pick a hill for your profile any time and other players can come look at it, and you can look up theirs. Simple and Complex play have both been improved. In Simple, your crew runs the day-to-day and you make the big calls. Complex, with Pro, gives you every control.

There are 70 new talents in three trees, and seven mountain themes to complete, each with a trophy. In Build the Mountain your crew learns them as you level. Open Talents on your Level page to see what they learned and what's next. A Rescue Helicopter flies hurt guests to the base from the glades or beyond sled reach. Your rinks host Skating Club shows and pond hockey. Build a Bandstand for band days, an Arena or a trampoline barn, and try the J-bar and the fast rope tow. College ski teams race in their school colors, each race discipline skis differently, and you can run mogul competitions and big air. The trail map shows while you draw a run and gets out of the way after. Skaters now lap the rink, and the app icon has turned for fall. Saved games reload exactly as you left them, and About, Privacy and Terms open inside the app.

Fixes a crash that closed the game right after launch on iOS 27.

Your guests get a real ski day. They pick where they are going, ride the park for real instead of stopping on a rail, hike back up for another go, and head to the village when a lift line runs long. Lifts can go dark at night, and a park is any run you flag with the Park switch. Racing is one switch on any posted run. Lay the course with the new race tool, and the line takes the gates in order down the hill. Guests practice it on timed runs. The Daily Challenge plays the winter out a day at a time instead of freezing the screen, its targets are re-tuned hill by hill, and its report says which dial cost you. The money is fairer. Your ticket is judged at day's end against what the hill is worth, the idle fee is gone, and a hill you leave keeps earning you a share. On a phone, the Mountain Store and sharing are one tap away, the map opens on the hills with a list under it, and every card fits the screen. The trail map you share is a poster now, with a full key, lettered lifts and your bragging stats. The home menu is cleaner and faster, saves are smaller, and every achievement reads clearer.

Your hill has a village now, and there are 57 achievements to chase across it. The Inn takes guests overnight. Set the rate, fill the rooms, and see what the stays do to your books. Paths tie the base area together. The trail map reads the pitch a run actually holds, so one steep rollover no longer paints a whole trail black, and the board shows your terrain mix and what it is worth to the guests who came today. Achievements arrive with new trophy art and a shelf for every founder in your profile. The menus are simpler. One page starts a career, one green door leads forward, and everything that used to stop the clock on its own now lands at the nightly Ops Meeting, where you read the day and make your calls in one place. Apex writes to you in plainer words. Play free for as long as you want. No winter limit, no ads, no daily cap. When you want more mountain, buy a hill on its own, or take the whole region. New this release: Ice Coast Revival Pro. The title beside your name, five app icons to choose from, the soundtrack to keep, and wallpapers cut for every screen you own. There is a See what's inside door in the Store, so you can look before you decide.

- Leveling: seventy career levels, each one worth talent points for your Playbook. - Play your way: hand the nightly calls to your crew, or run everything yourself. - Skiers move like skiers: around buildings, out of their own chair, home on time. - Runs cooler and lasts longer on phones.

Phones run cooler and last longer: the game stops redrawing the screen when nothing is moving and quiets its background work while paused. If your app is behind today's Daily cup, the leaderboard now tells you and points you to the latest version instead of quietly filing your score where it can't rank. Par on every Daily is now set by actually playing the day well, so beating it means beating a real line. Every dollar figure the Daily quotes now matches what you're charged. The Daily results card now explains its tiebreak: your cash left, what you built, and your reputation.

Fixed: starting a new season could black the screen and drop you back to game selection. That is fixed, and the career season rollover is transactional now, so a hill's books, ledger and progress all commit together or not at all. Also in this update: The Playbook is one view now: every learned talent shows right on its tile, whether it's ready here or still waiting on something physical at this hill. Back bowl laps close at 2 pm. Anyone still caught behind the ridge at closing gets sledded out by ski patrol, and the Report's Getting home section says who. Net worth now adds up every hill you own, not just the one you're standing on. Whit's trust is a starter fund now, not a fortune: it gets Stanton's first lift turning, and Finance raises the rest. Founder legacy tiers wait for a closed season before they advance, and your regulars are real returning faces, not first-time visitors. Apex's story cards are bigger and easier to read, with the founder's own words on every offer. The nightly meeting reads like an ops sheet: ink rules and a stamped Open Day button, no more pastel tiles. Difficulty cards describe how each mode feels to play, not just its numbers. Better on phones: the Assets tab no longer tears itself down under your finger, tutorial cards stay clear while you're drawing a run, and lesson notes fit on short landscape screens.
