Planterra reads the compass direction and computes the sun's real path across your kitchen, bedroom, and every space in between. From day one it knows which corners are bright at noon, which peak at sunset, which lose light in winter. Every plant also has a patient card - a running record of what's been diagnosed, what you've tried, what actually worked. The Doctor reads it before every consultation, so you get answers grounded in your specific plant's full story, not generic care sheets. WHAT PLANTERRA DOES - Identify any plant from a photo, with detailed care instructions written for the plant you actually have - not a generic paragraph. - Map the windows in your home once, and Planterra learns which one is brightest at any hour of the day. - Recommend the right window for each plant based on real sun position, today's weather, and each species' light preferences. - Track watering, fertilizing, and repotting with timely reminders you can adjust to fit your rhythm. - Chat with a Plant Doctor when leaves yellow, wilt, or curl - pick the symptom or describe what you see, and get a thoughtful diagnosis with next steps. - Discover plants that would thrive in any spot in your home by measuring the actual light with your camera - then swipe through matches. - Build an Atlas - a personal field guide of plants you spot on walks, hikes, and holidays, saved with their location so you can look them up years later.
