Locked out of Instagram? Do your reps to unlock it. Camera-verified push-ups, squats & sit-ups earn every minute of scroll time.
Your phone won't unlock your favorite apps until your body earns it. RepPal uses your camera to count real push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, then locks distracting apps with Apple Screen Time until you finish.
No more empty promises to yourself. No more "just five more minutes" of doomscrolling. RepPal turns your camera into an honest workout partner that watches your form, counts your reps live, and confirms you actually finished before handing back your phone.
Camera-verified reps mean no cheating. Every push-up, squat, and sit-up is tracked in real time by your camera, and a verified finish pose confirms you actually completed the set. No tapping a button and lying to yourself.
Scroll time is earned, not free. Pick the apps that distract you most and RepPal locks them with Screen Time. They stay locked until your workout is done. Simple as that.
Level up with every rep. Rank progression rewards consistency, so every workout stacks toward your next milestone. Watch your rank climb as your scrolling habit turns into a fitness habit.
Challenge your friends instantly. Send a shareable challenge link and friends jump straight into the exact workout. Compete, compare, and keep each other honest.
Show off your proof. Share your workout wins straight to social media, and track your full history and stats to see how far you've come.
RepPal Premium unlocks the full experience with weekly or yearly plans, including a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in-app.
Stop scrolling. Start moving. Download RepPal and make your phone work for your fitness, not against it.
