After episode one, pick the next turn or write a line. Choose a length for each new episode, not locked to Plus or Pro. Or start fast with Quick Clip.
Direct your own AI short drama. One line becomes a filmed clip, no editing. Keep that character, shoot again tomorrow, and the clips become a series.
START WITH ONE CLIP
Quick Clip is the quickest way to see the whole app. Type a line — or drop in a photo — pick a look and a length, and InkFlick films it. No script. No timeline. No editing.
TWO WAYS TO DIRECT
• Quick Clip — one line, one short shot. The fastest way in.
• Director mode — you cast the actors, pick the look and the length, steer where the story goes, and reshoot any shot you don't like. Full control over what ends up on screen.
Or bring your own novel: paste a chapter, or import the whole book, and InkFlick adapts it chapter by chapter. Shoot one episode, then add the next — that is how a drama grows.
CHOOSE HOW LONG AN EPISODE RUNS
Start a new drama and choose a length for each new episode that fits your story — not locked to Plus or Pro. After episode one, pick one of two or three turns, or write a line yourself, and InkFlick writes the next episode's script from your choice. You can also keep the same cast and start a new story. You pick the length before a word is written, and InkFlick paces the script to fit. Then keep adding episodes, and the drama grows from there.
LEARN HOW IT IS ACTUALLY DONE
The AI Short Drama Academy walks you through four lessons — the hook that holds someone, the visual language that carries a scene, how to write a prompt that gets built, and how to read a result and fix it. Then the Prompt Workshop turns what you learned into a prompt you can shoot with, written the way the engine wants it (Plus and Pro).
WATCH WHAT OTHER PEOPLE FILMED
Showcase plays finished work back to back, like a channel — one episode rolls straight into the next. It is the one place you can see what this app makes before you spend a thing. Find a story you want to be in, tap Cast Me, add one photo, and the lead is reimagined in your likeness — in the art style you pick.
YOU PICK THE LOOK
Anime, Chinese Anime, Webtoon, Comic, Storybook, Claymation, 3D and Live Action — or lock no style at all and let your words decide the look.
WHAT YOU PAY FOR IS FOOTAGE, NOT WORDS
Writing and rewriting an episode costs next to nothing; filming it is where your credits go. So the story is never the thing you ration. Quality is yours to pick on every shot — Standard, HD and Cinema, all three open to everyone — and you see the cost before you spend it.
CAST YOUR OWN ACTORS
Your characters live in My Cast as reusable actors — the same look and voice character, episode after episode. That is the part a folder of one-off clips can never give you. Design an actor from a description — or from a photo on Plus.
FREE TO START
Free to try, with a welcome gift of credits when you sign up. A shot costs only part of that gift, so you can find out what this app does before you decide anything. And if a render fails, your credits come back.

I really like the concept of InkFlick and the amount of creative control it offers. The storyboard and custom character features have a lot of potential, but I’ve had some issues with character consistency and have had to regenerate content more than expected. I’m still learning the app and hope these issues improve with future updates. Overall, it’s a fun idea and I’m interested to see how it develops.
Developer Response
Thanks for the kind words on the storyboard and character control. Character consistency and fewer regenerations are a focus for us right now—please try again after upcoming updates, and we hope it feels smoother soon.
