Nightwards is a quiet evening ritual inspired by the SATS practice of Neville Goddard. Every night you choose a single affirmation and gently sink into the feeling that it is already true. With guided sleep meditation, calming breath cues, or your own imagination, you drift into sleep with meaning.
Fall asleep in the feeling
Choose Wish Fulfilled to rest in the reality you want to manifest, or Lucid Dreams to cultivate awareness within your dreams. There is nothing to achieve. Only a feeling to return to.
Future Memory
Your affirmation becomes a short scene, spoken to you inside the meditation. You can turn that scene into an image and keep it on your widget.

Capture the night
When you wake, simply speak your dream before it fades. Nightwards transcribes it automatically into your dream journal and saves it alongside a gentle morning reflection. Short notes from your day go into the same journal. After 3 dreams, Nightwards interprets them and shows you what your dreams are telling you.

Throughout the day, soft glows bring you back to your affirmation. Never demanding, only inviting.

Nightwards is a subscription app. An active subscription is required to use the app. If a plan includes a free trial, it is shown before purchase. The auto-renewable subscription unlocks full access to all features. Price is shown before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
