Laydown
Construction Material Tracking
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Laydown is the mailroom for your construction projects. Track every material from the day it's ordered to the day it's installed — so crews stop losing time hunting for parts across the laydown yard.
BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Scan a QR label to instantly see what a material is, which project it belongs to, and where it's staged
• Check materials in on delivery day and record exactly where they were placed
• Move materials between staging areas in seconds and keep locations current
• Snap photos of deliveries and damage right from your phone
• Works offline — updates sync automatically when you're back in coverage
STAY AHEAD OF THE SCHEDULE
• See what needs to be ordered soon, what's in transit, and what's on site
• Delivery receipts and packing slips are captured and attached to the right materials
• Push notifications keep foremen informed the moment materials land
FOR PROJECT MANAGERS
• A live web dashboard shows material status across every active project
• Procore schedule sync ties materials to the tasks that need them
• Printable QR labels make every stick of material findable
Laydown is used by commercial construction teams to cut wasted trips, prevent lost materials, and keep installs on schedule.
A Laydown workspace account is required. Ask your project admin for an invite, or visit laydowntracker.com to get started.
Fixes a sign-in issue where the app could get stuck on 'already signed in,' adds a Download all button for site survey attachments, and improves photo loading.
