Everything feels fast and easy to navigate, whether I’m checking something before a round or looking back at how I’ve been playing.What really stands out is how smooth the whole experience is — no lag, no confusing menus, just a well-built app that clearly had actual golfers in mind when it was designed. This app is awesome. Lets me track rounds, track shots, shows wind and direction, green zoom in, share with friends on the social page, as well as allowing me to create leagues with my friends, courses and groups to track tournaments and friendly playing with my buddies. This is the all in one I have been looking for to help me out and enjoy golf more in a connected environment. There is not much to complain about in this app currently. The GPS works great. Scoring and UI is self explanatory. The social aspect really brings itself to its fullest if you encourage others to use it alongside you. With time, this app will continue to thrive and improve in an otherwise crowded market with shortcut apps not built for the players by the players.

Every hole is rebuilt on sharper satellite imagery that holds up when you zoom all the way in on the green. Tap anywhere to move your aim point and the carry number follows as you drag it. Hold the map to mark a shot where you actually hit it. Aim Assist is on by default, so there's a target on the smart line the moment you reach the tee.
MEET YOUR CADDIE
The approach club wheel is always on now, and MGL Caddie reads plays-like yardage instead of raw distance, so it never talks you into a club that can't clear the hazard. Turn on Club Tracking and it learns your real numbers as you play.
SHARPER GPS, EVERY HOLE
Dogleg tees fixed, and yardage that shows up the second you step on the tee. Every shot is now judged against the course's real fairway and green shapes.
SEE WHERE YOU'RE IMPROVING
Greens in regulation now splits miss left from miss right, Compare Stats got a reliability pass, and a new Recent Highlights reel surfaces your best rounds automatically.
RUN THE WHOLE SEASON
A new Discover tab for finding events, real join codes, bulk roster import, and 9 or 18 holes per league week. Anyone can add a walk-on partner mid-round, and you can edit your own scorecard right from the leaderboard.
ROCK SOLID
Lose signal on the back nine and a quiet banner now tells you what's happening while your GPS and yardages keep working. Fixed the app hanging at launch with no signal, the score picker starting past eagle, duplicate notifications, and a dozen smaller rough edges. If an update ever gets stuck, the app now heals itself instead of stranding you on an old build.
