UI improvements

A fresh splash of color! Enjoy new main menu artwork on iPhone and iPad, featuring vibrant painted lettering and playful characters.

A REPAINTED TOOLBAR Every tool is a hand-painted button now instead of a word. They are bigger, they sit closer together, and the one you are using glows warm so you can find it without looking twice. New - The colour you pick appears large in the middle of the screen for a moment, so you can see exactly what you chose. The eyedropper does it too, which makes lifting a colour straight off the painting far easier to judge. Fixed - After updating, VS could ask players who already had a nickname to set one up again, as though they had never played. Your account is found properly now, even on a slow connection. Paint and Hunt still work fully offline. VS still asks for nothing but a nickname.

TWO NEW LANGUAGES Paint Body now speaks Hindi and Vietnamese, bringing it to eight languages in all. Portuguese is Brazilian Portuguese throughout. POLISH - Labels and headings are measured properly now, so nothing is cut off or shrunk to a whisper in any language - The painting picker scrolls smoothly instead of stuttering - Settings fits on screen in one go, whatever the size of your phone - Several smaller layout fixes across Paint, Hunt and VS Paint and Hunt still work completely offline. VS mode still asks for a nickname and nothing else.

VS MODE - PLAY AGAINST REAL PEOPLE Paint Body now has an online 1v1 mode. - You and a rival get the same painting and five minutes to camouflage your character on it - Then the boards swap: ten seconds, one shot from the water gun, find them before they find you - Whoever lands the first find takes the round - Points build up on a global leaderboard - If nobody is online, a computer rival takes their place Everything you already know is unchanged. Paint mode and all 26 Hunt levels play exactly as before, and still work completely offline. VS mode asks for a nickname and nothing else. No email, no password. You can report or block a player from the end-of-round screen, and delete your account whenever you like from Settings.
