Community stats are anonymous and off by default — joining in is entirely your choice. (Full rankings and comparison are Pro.) ■ Keep a memory when a tin is done Finish a tin and write a farewell note, add a keepsake photo, and archive it to the new Memories tab to revisit anytime. ■ Record water temperature Note the brewing temperature for every bowl, in °C or °F. Plus many interface refinements for smoother logging.

Turn it into a vertical share card in one tap for friends or stories. ■ Full-screen photo viewer Swipe through a snapshot's photos, tap for full screen, and pinch to zoom in on the details. ■ Matcha Memories widget Your Home Screen shows past matcha photos at random. Tap one to jump back to that bowl's snapshot. ■ Tool collection shelf Mark treasured chawan and chasen as Collected to keep them on their own shelf, and drag to arrange your display. ■ "Available" filter on My Shelf Show only tins in use or unopened with one tap, hiding the finished ones. Also: the small widget now logs usage for the tin it's showing, and we fixed an issue where a tool's maker couldn't be changed when editing.

This update makes logging a bowl richer — and cost-aware: ■ A new Recipe shelf Save the recipes you make often (milk, sugar, cocoa…) with a default amount, then fill them in with one tap when you log a bowl. ■ Record the recipes and tools behind each cup A single usage entry can pair multiple recipes and tools, for a fuller look back at every bowl. ■ Cost per cup, worked out for you Estimate roughly what a cup cost from your tin and recipe unit prices. Keep multiple batches per recipe and switch the active one to change the price. ■ Multiple photos per entry Save more than one brewing photo per record for a richer Matcha Moments album. ■ Group tins by brand Toggle brand grouping on the home shelf to see everything at a glance. Also: the stats summary now shows a usage count to match Records, tap the month title to jump to any month quickly, and revisit What's New anytime from Settings.

This update puts a tool shelf next to your matcha shelf: ■ A new Tools section Catalog your chasen, chawan, chashaku, sieve, chasen stand, chakin and tea caddies. Add a photo, note the maker or kiln, the date you got it and what you paid — all sorted by category. ■ Chasen recorded by prong type Shin, kazuho, tsuneho and araho, plus 80, 100 and 120 prongs — pick the way your chasen is actually named instead of forcing it into a number. Each type comes with a one-line note so you can tell them apart. ■ Makers and kilns group themselves Built-in Takayama chasen makers such as Tanimura Tango, Kubo Sabun and Suikaen, alongside kilns like Raku, Hagi and Kyo-yaki/Kiyomizu-yaki. Tap a maker to see everything you own from them, or add your own. ■ Track condition Switch between In Use, Damaged, Lost and Retired at any time. Lost and retired pieces dim and drop to the bottom, and they no longer count toward the free limit. The free version holds 5 tools; Pro is unlimited. Settings now shows the build number alongside the version, which makes bug reports easier to match up.

This update makes your matcha shelf prettier and easier to keep: ■ Seven new color themes Now defaulting to a fresh matcha green, with Grounded Earth, Soft Berry, Classic Ink, Quiet Mauve, Vintage Parchment, and Warm Rose to switch to (Pro). ■ Photo carry-over by variety Once you've photographed a matcha, new tins of the same variety automatically reuse your photo — no need to reshoot. Want a new look? Swap the photo on any tin and save, and that variety's photo updates too. ■ Thumbnails in the variety picker Spot your favorites at a glance. Every photo is one you take or add yourself — we never bundle official product images. As always, everything stays on your device, no login.
