Po Planu is a simple day planner that doesn’t try to become another Notion. Today’s tasks, things for later, any lists and real goals, all in one calm app with no accounts and no fuss.
TODAY
Write down what needs doing and check it off as the day goes. Unfinished tasks can stay for tomorrow, manually or automatically. Tasks that repeat create themselves: every day, on weekdays or once a week.
PLANNER
Things with a date and time won’t get lost: the app moves them to “Today” when the time comes and reminds you ahead of time, 2 hours, 1 day or 2 days before.
LIST
Groceries, things for a trip, anything you like, a separate list that doesn’t mix with the day’s tasks.
GOALS
A big goal is rarely done in one sitting. Break it into small steps, mark your progress and watch the goal get closer. Achieved goals stay in the archive, something to be proud of.
RESULTS
Monthly stats: how much you did and how much slipped, with no pressure, just to see the picture.
WIDGET
Today’s tasks on your Home Screen. Tap the circle next to a task and it’s done, no need to open the app.

All data is stored on your device and in your personal Keychain: no servers, no accounts, no ads.

• Recurring tasks. A run every day, a report on weekdays, cleaning once a week: open a task card and choose “Repeat”.
• Interactive widget. Tap the circle next to a task and it’s done, no need to open the app.
• Evening summary. At 9 PM you get a calm note about how many tasks you completed today. You can turn it off in settings.
• English language. Change the app language in settings: Auto, Русский or English.
• A goal card now opens with a regular tap instead of a long press.
• Small improvements: settings close when you tap the empty space next to the window.
