A NEW WAY TO UNDERSTAND YOUR CONSISTENCY The Consistency screen has been completely redesigned with a collection of clear, immediate, and carefully crafted infographics. At a glance, you can understand how often and how much you are training. Explore your workout frequency, time dedicated to training, muscle groups involved, and activity across recent weeks and months. Your workout data is now easier to read and more meaningful. It is not just about counting sessions—it is about recognizing the consistency you are building over time and seeing your progress more clearly. INTRODUCING RECIPES We have added a collection of recipes designed to offer fresh ideas for active people who want to bring more variety to the table. Recipes are organized into easy-to-browse categories: animal proteins, plant proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, energy, recovery, and balanced lighter options. Each recipe includes ingredients, quantities, preparation times, instructions, and allergen information.
