Rico Executive Suite
Your company's AI office
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Rico Executive Suite is the app for businesses that run a Rico building — a full AI office staffed with executives and specialists who actually know your company.
Open the building and every face is a teammate:
• RICO, CHIEF OF STAFF — the front door. Ask anything; he answers or brings in the right executive, and holds the thread across everything you have going.
• YOUR CFO — bids, invoices, getting paid, and what the numbers really say.
• YOUR COO — jobs, crews, scheduling, permits and inspections, all linked.
• YOUR CMO — being found locally, reviews, your project gallery, your leads.
• …and their staff: receptionist, estimator, scheduler, and more — plus seats you create yourself for the jobs only your business has.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
• They know YOUR business — your services, your service area, your rules.
• They talk to each other: ask Rico a money question and he checks with the CFO before answering.
• Live voice: call your team and talk hands-free, in English or Spanish.
• Approvals come to you: when something needs a yes or no, it's one tap.
• Your rules hold: your AI staff never moves money, never signs, never promises a price — that stays with you.
Rico Executive Suite is the companion app for the Rico service by iNVEEY. A building for your company is set up with you — visit inveey.com to get one.
