Incentify Time Doctor is the desktop companion to the Incentify workforce platform — a clean, one-click time tracker built for teams.
ONE CLICK STARTS WORK
Open the app, hit Start, and your shift begins. Clock in, take breaks, and clock out without leaving your desktop. A live timer shows exactly how much you've worked today, alongside your clock-in, break, and clock-out times.
HONEST IDLE TRACKING
Time Doctor detects when you step away and pauses tracking automatically. Every session state — tracking started, going idle, paused, resumed — is logged transparently, so records stay accurate for both employees and managers.
PRIVACY-FIRST ACTIVITY INSIGHT
See where your time went while the timer was running: total tracked time, active vs. idle input, and app usage. Productivity is measured as binary interaction per second — keyboard and mouse counts only. No keystroke logging, ever. What you type stays yours.
PROOF OF WORK, ON YOUR TERMS
Optional interval screenshots store exact keyboard and mouse counts for their time window, giving teams verifiable records without micromanagement.
BUILT FOR TEAMS
Time Doctor connects to your company's Incentify workspace. Tracked time flows straight into Incentify timesheets, schedules, and reports — no manual entry, no spreadsheet exports. Managers get clarity; employees get credit for every minute worked.
