The library roughly doubled, and every entry now shows the research behind it. • 68 more compounds and 44 more supplements in the library. • Entries now carry an evidence grade, S through F. It measures how much human research exists on PubMed — not whether something works, and not whether it is safe. The papers behind it are listed underneath, with links. • A new guide, "What the evidence grade means (and what it deliberately does not)", walks through how the grade is worked out and where it falls short. • Ask Coach why an entry is graded the way it is and you get the study counts it used. • Reported interactions on compound pages, and Stack check now reads your compounds alongside your peptides and supplements. It is reference information, not a safety clearance. • Unified search across compounds, supplements, guides and protocols. • A rebuilt Progress screen, one calendar instead of several, and bottles where you would look for them. • A second new guide on reading a supplement label: tiers, upper limits, and the interactions nobody mentions. • Delete account now removes your account and data from our servers, not only from this phone. App Store subscriptions still have to be cancelled through Apple, and the app tells you where. • Fixes: links that went nowhere, clipped cards on iPad, and text cut short across the library.

The biggest update since launch. • A cleaner home: three swipeable cards — Protocol, Calories, Lifestyle — each with a week graph and its own tap-through checklist. • One scanner for everything: point it at a vial or a supplement bottle and it works out which is which, then fills in the details. • Supplement bottles: track what's left, and see roughly how many days remain before you run out. • Stack check now reads your whole stack — peptides, supplements and diet together. • Every compound page has a "For you" section that reads the entry against what you're actually running and tracking. • Coach can now use your own tracked data to answer — only if you turn that on, and you can turn it off any time. • Sign in with Google. • Colour-coded tabs, a smoother launch, and a stack of fixes.
