F Kiosk Scan turns an iPad or iPhone into a dedicated attendance kiosk for your farm. Mount it at the entrance, and staff scan the on-screen QR code with the F-Løsning app to clock in and out — no shared PINs, no paper sheets. HOW IT WORKS • Pair the device to a farm once, using a 6-digit setup code generated in F-Løsning. • The kiosk then shows a large, rotating QR code that refreshes every 60 seconds, so a screenshot of the code cannot be reused. • Staff scan it from their own phone to check in or out; the kiosk shows a live, on-site list of today’s check-ins and check-outs. • Farm messages configured in F-Løsning scroll across the display as a ticker. BUILT FOR THE FRONT DOOR • Full-screen, always-on display designed for a wall-mounted tablet. • Clear farm name, countdown to the next code, and a Live status so you know it is connected. • Works on iPad, iPhone, and as a web kiosk. PART OF F-LØSNING F Kiosk Scan is a companion to F-Løsning, the farm workforce platform. You need an F-Løsning account and a farm to pair the kiosk. Attendance data stays in your F-Løsning organization. Requires an internet connection and an F-Løsning account.
