TM Events is the event-day companion for grassroots clubs on TeamMate. Create and sell tickets for tournaments, awards nights, camps and quiz nights on teammate.football — then run the door from your phone.
Scan tickets in seconds Point the camera at any ticket QR code and get an instant, unmissable answer: admitted, already checked in, refunded or wrong event. A running count keeps you on top of the door all night.
Or check in by name No QR code? Search the attendee list and check people in with one tap. A live progress bar shows exactly how many are through the door.
Safeguarding at your fingertips Committee members can see each participant's emergency contact, guardian details and medical notes right when it matters — encrypted end to end, and only visible to authorised committee members. Medical flags are surfaced directly on the attendee list so nothing gets missed.
Hand the door to anyone Volunteers don't need an account. Give them the event's 6-digit code and they get check-in-only access — no attendee contact details, no medical information, and every check-in is recorded with their name.
Built for TeamMate clubs Sign in with your TeamMate account to see live sales, revenue and check-in stats for every published event across your clubs.
TM Events is for club committee members and event staff. Tickets are purchased by supporters on teammate.football.

CLUB STAFF
• Club staff can now sign in with their TeamMate account, not just committee members. Prices, revenue and booking contacts stay hidden unless you have payments access.
CAMPS
• Camp tickets now last the whole camp and check in once a day.
• Extras at the door: scan a ticket to see what the child has booked — items to hand over, plus any early drop-off or late pick-up for today. Tick items off as you hand them over.
• A new Extras card on each event shows what has been booked and handed over, and the attendee list can filter to just the children with extras.
COACHING SESSIONS AND CLUBS
• Coaching sessions, school clubs and adult clubs each get their own label, weekly schedule and dates.
• Staff can see which session is on today.
FINDING YOUR EVENT
• Search your events by name, location, type or partner.
• Events are grouped by what is checking in today, what is still booking and what has closed.
• Scan and check-in appear only on an event's check-in days, with a note on when check-in next opens.
ALSO NEW
• Partner and venue logos on events.
• Check-in responds the moment you tap.
• Door staff stay signed in to their event if the app is closed and reopened.
