Sehaj: Daily Sikh Stories
Saakhis, audio & reflection
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Make room for a daily Saakhi. Read or listen to Sikh stories in English and Punjabi, explore history, and pause to reflect.
Begin with one short Saakhi and carry its wisdom into your day.
Sehaj is a calm companion for adults, families, and young learners who want to reconnect with Sikh stories, history, and values. Read or listen at your own pace, explore the people and moments behind each story, and return without streak pressure.
Your Daily Saakhi
Open Sehaj for a focused story chosen for the day. Optional reminders help you make space for a few quiet minutes whenever it suits you.
Read or Listen
Enjoy a clear reading experience or narrated audio while walking, commuting, sharing time with family, or winding down. Download available narration for later listening.
Explore Sikh History
Browse Saakhis by Guru, Sikh figure, lesson, or time period. Follow the chronological Sikh history timeline to see how important people and moments connect.
Bonus: Keep Daily Teachings Close
Add Sehaj widgets to your Home Screen or Lock Screen for a quiet reminder of your daily learning. Widgets are optional and can be added later from Profile settings.
English and Punjabi
Switch between English and Punjabi on selected stories, so you can learn in the language that feels most natural.
Reflect and Remember
Each Saakhi closes with a simple reflection. Save your thoughts and keep your place across your journey.
Made for Adults and Families
Whether you are reconnecting with Sikhi, learning alongside children, or exploring Sikh stories for the first time, Sehaj offers a respectful and accessible place to begin.
Sehaj is designed around return, not streak pressure.
Sehaj is a companion for learning and reflection. It does not replace guidance from family, sangat, teachers, or religious authorities.
