Every building in Lebanon asks it, every month. Bineyetna answers it with proof.
Open any charge on your bill and the whole working is under it: what the building
actually paid for the fuel, what the common areas took, the rate that falls out of it,
your own meter readings, and the photo of the dial on the day it was read. Not a total
someone wrote on a slip. The arithmetic, in full.

ONLY YOUR OWN HISTORY
You see the bills for your time in the apartment and nothing else. A new family never
inherits the last resident's balance.
FOR THE BUILDING ADMIN
Record a cash payment and the receipt is on the payer's phone before you walk away.
Log an expense with a photo of the invoice. Read the meters on the stairs. Post a notice.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Arabic, English, French and Lebanese, with full right-to-left support. Everyone in the
building reads the same numbers in the language they prefer.
