• Rest days — choose which days your rule applies to, so days off don't break your streak.
• Grace Tokens — earn a second chance at key milestones. Slip once, and your streak survives.
• Milestones — from your first spark to a full year unbroken, every step is worth celebrating.
• Widgets — Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets let you check in without opening the app.
• Apple Watch — check in from your wrist with the Watch app and complication.
• Slip notes — jot down what got in the way, privately, and learn from it.
