findme: Find Friends Festival

Meet up with your crew

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

See who joined, meet at a shared pin, and pause sharing without leaving your crew. Clear last-seen times help you judge every position. Find your friends at festivals, concerts and busy venues. Create a private crew, invite people with a link or QR code, then choose a friend or a shared meeting point for clear direction and distance. No sign-up, phone number, email address or contact upload is required. KEEP YOUR CREW TOGETHER See who has joined before their first location arrives. The map shows the latest available positions with last-seen times, so you can tell when information is old. Search for a venue or address, and set one meeting point for everyone. FOLLOW A CLEAR DIRECTION Direct guidance shows the bearing and straight-line distance to a friend or meeting point. It is useful in open spaces and crowds; it does not describe a walkable route around fences, buildings or other obstacles. Any time shown in Direct is an estimate. Tap Found them or I'm here when you arrive. GET HELP NEARBY Bluetooth radar can detect participating crew phones nearby while both phones keep findme open and active. On compatible Ultra-Wideband phones, precision finding can provide distance and, where supported, direction. Hardware, permissions, surroundings and phone position affect availability and accuracy. GPS guidance remains available without Ultra-Wideband. PAUSE WITHOUT LEAVING Pause sharing stops new location collection and publication on this phone and stops finding radios. Your crew and saved meeting point remain, and sharing stays paused after reopening until you choose Resume. You can separately leave a crew, or delete a crew you organize. Delete account and data removes your anonymous service account and its associated crew records. PLAN BEFORE YOU LOSE SIGNAL Creating or joining a crew needs internet. Join your friends before you enter a busy venue. Admitted members retain their encrypted saved crew information and meeting point after an offline restart. GPS can determine your own location without mobile data, but receiving a friend's new position needs a connection. Nearby Bluetooth finding needs both apps active. Map availability depends on what is cached and the active provider; a complete offline map is not included by default. PRIVATE CREW SHARING Crew content is encrypted on your phone before it reaches the service. An automatically created random guest account protects crew membership without a login form. Only share invitations with people you trust. Invitations expire, and organizers can replace or stop them. Stopping an invitation prevents new joins; it does not remove existing members or copies they already received. LOCATION WHILE THE SCREEN IS OFF When sharing is enabled and permission allows it, position updates can continue with the screen off. iOS shows its system location indicator. Connectivity, system scheduling and permissions can delay updates; last-seen labels remain important. Pause or leave to stop sharing.
