XEmotions is a mood journal built for the long run. Tap the emotion you feel right now, and over weeks and months your records grow into a clear picture of how you really feel.
RECORD IN ONE TAP
Choose from 20 emotions, from joy and calm to irritation and sadness. Recording takes a second, so it fits into any moment of the day.
ADD A NOTE WHEN IT MATTERS
Right after recording, add a short note about what was going on. Notes stay editable the same day and are kept with the record forever.
SEE WHAT YOU FEEL MOST
Every record makes that emotion's cell grow, so the emotions that fill your days stand out at a glance. The line between the green and the red zone shows the balance of good and bad mood.
LOOK BACK AT ANY TIME
Long-press an emotion to see all its records and notes. Search your history by note, date or emotion, and pick any timeframe to see how a week, a month or a year went.
UNDERSTAND HOW EMOTIONS CONNECT
The relations map shows how emotions tend to lead to one another, so you can recognize your own patterns.
RECORD FROM YOUR HOME SCREEN
The widget records an emotion with a single tap and gently reminds you to check in with yourself.
YOURS, ON EVERY DEVICE
Sign in with Apple, Google or email and your records follow you across your devices. There are no ads and no in-app purchases. You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app at any time.
