BiteBuddy 1.2 is about making the app easier to understand. PLAIN ENGLISH EVERYWHERE We rewrote the app's writing from scratch. Buddy used to say things like "the short-term swing is settling." Now it says "back to normal." Every message tells you something real about your food, and where it helps, what to do next. BUDDY REACTS THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH Buddy now follows a meal from the first bite to a few hours later, so you see the rush, the dip and the settle instead of one flat reaction. REPORTS THAT POINT AT ONE THING Your weekly and monthly reports now give three specific suggestions built from your own numbers, your goal and your weigh-ins. Each one names a real number and a single change. The daily chart shows five nutrients per day, not just calories. A PROPER WALKTHROUGH New here? A short guided tour shows you the real app with clearly marked example data, so you know what everything does before you log your first meal. SIMPLER WHERE IT COUNTS - Ate half? One control adjusts the whole meal - Every daily number now reads as a target, a minimum or a limit, so you know which way to move - Sugar tracking now covers all the sugar in your food, with a daily limit based on your calories - Saving a favorite takes a name and a note, nothing more ONE NEW PROMPT You may see iOS ask whether BiteBuddy can track you across other apps. Saying no is a complete opt-out and changes nothing else in the app. We use it only to measure which ads bring people to BiteBuddy. Your food logs, photos and weight are never shared for advertising. FIXES Fixed a loop that could ask some people to accept the same policies twice. The weight chart now draws with a single weigh-in. SMOOTHER SUBSCRIPTIONS Restoring a purchase now gives clear confirmation, and managing or cancelling your subscription is one tap away from your profile.
