ApprenticeRecon
Apprentice hours, verified
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Registered apprenticeship hours, evidence, and approvals — right from the jobsite. Built for programs that need records that hold up.
ApprenticeRecon is the mobile companion for programs run on ApprenticeRecon — the system of record for Registered Apprenticeship. Apprentices log on-the-job training hours with proof, supervisors approve them on the spot, and sponsors get records that hold up.
FOR APPRENTICES
• See your approved hours and wage-step progress toward your program's required hours
• Log time against your program's work processes
• One-tap jobsite check-in and check-out — location is recorded only when you tap, never in the background
• Scan a site QR code to tie your hours to a registered jobsite
• Capture evidence photos, fingerprinted on the device
• Check in to class with rotating codes so related instruction counts
• Keep a training journal your supervisor can read and reply to
• Works offline — entries queue and sync when you're back on signal
• English and Spanish, side by side
FOR SUPERVISORS
• See your whole crew's progress at a glance
• Review submitted time cards and countersign approvals right on the device
• Every approval records who signed, and when
FOR SPONSORS
Every hour approved in the app lands in ApprenticeRecon's verification ladder — attested, corroborated, or field-verified — so completion decisions, wage-step raises, and compliance reports stand on evidence instead of paperwork.
ApprenticeRecon is sold to program sponsors and employers. Apprentices, supervisors, and instructors are invited participants and are never billed in the app. A login from your program is required to sign in.
