2.4: Plan lessons and update students from the new Pro desktop workspace on the same Wi-Fi. Reports now include interactive charts and configurable PDF or high-resolution image exports. Add a first lesson package while creating a student, and attach PDF or Word files to lesson records. Eligible new subscribers can try Pro free for 7 days.

2.3: Now available in Portuguese (Brazil) and Portuguese (Portugal) on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Portuguese also covers widgets, reminders, Live Activities, exports and subscription screens. Choose your language in Settings.

New in 2.1: Open the exact lesson from Apple Calendar. Drag lessons across weeks, with confirmation for overlaps. See monthly revenue goals as a percentage alongside the day of the month. Points history is clearer while keeping the full audit trail. Bring forward a student's existing debt or credit with an opening balance, without counting it as new revenue or payments received. Update all devices before using opening balances.

New in 2.0: Mark lessons as attended or absent with simpler attendance controls. Deduct lesson credit in quarter-lesson steps, including across packages. Record charges and partial payments, and correct entries with a clear history. Manage recurring lessons and student time zones. Find lessons, attendance, billing and results in dedicated student workspaces. Add lesson photos and customize PDF and schedule exports. We’ve also improved translations throughout the app. Basic attendance and billing are free; professional exports require Pro.

New in 1.8: Record the actual class date, start time, and duration for package and postpaid students. Link a record to a scheduled lesson or save a Temporary Lesson without moving the scheduled lesson. Calendar and exports show actual times. Set the default lesson duration in minutes; new scheduled lessons use it.

New in 1.7: a clearer student list with active and archived counts; half-lesson deductions and exact balances; 5-minute scheduling with fine adjustments after dragging; and class member changes applied to future lessons while preserving history. Fixes editing after a student leaves and rejoins a class. Our new website is tutorplanner.app, with support at support@tutorplanner.app.

New in 1.6: Dutch, Turkish, Ukrainian and Polish throughout the app and exports. Adds PLN, TRY, UAH, MXN and INR for lesson billing. New installations select an initial supported currency from the device region; existing currency settings and amounts stay unchanged.

New in 1.5: Apple Watch current and upcoming lessons, group attendance confirmation, offline record requests, Pro watch-face complications and Smart Stack widgets, and improved Live Activities. Also adds in-app feedback and App Store offer code redemption.

New in 1.4: advance grades in batches with preview and undo, and update rates without changing past lessons or bills. Full-name student filters, smoother schedules, optional leave markings in exports, and refreshed Pro screens.
