Tidier, and more yours. • Put your treats in your order. Settings › Treat order lets you drag everything after the three classics into place. Home, daily limits and the jar picker follow along. • The tab bar is gone. Wrapped and Trends now live at the top of Home, so your treats get the whole screen. Swipe from the left edge to head back. • Sugar Wrapped stays readable however many treats you log: your top three get bars, the rest become a compact supporting cast, and a little cookie beside your total wears the face of your average day. • Daily limits now list only the treats on your Home screen. Swap one out and its line steps aside with it. • The Cookie Jar tells you exactly what it's collecting, and when tomorrow's switch kicks in. • Plus the usual pile of small fixes. Still no calories, no account, no advice. Just a slightly judgmental cookie.

• Dark mode is a proper theme now: chocolate surfaces, cocoa outlines, cream text. Follow your iPhone or lock it Light or Dark in Settings. • Three of your six Home treats are yours to customize, free. Rename them, pick from 24 icons and 18 colours. Boba, kokis, milk toffee, whatever you actually eat. • Daily limits: draw a line for any treat, or don't. Cross it and that treat's face changes, the cookie worries, and the commentary gets specific. No streaks, no lectures. • The Cookie Jar can now collect any treat you choose, including a custom one. Skip it for a day, say no at the evening check-in, and one drops in. It stays there for good. • New first-run setup that explains the jar before asking what to collect, and lets you set up your treats, jar and routine in a couple of minutes. • Settings text is bigger, badges are readable in dark, and a pile of small fixes. Still no calories, no account, no advice. Just a slightly judgmental cookie

A few new things for the cookie: • The Improviser can now create fresh reactions on-device using Apple Intelligence on supported iPhones. • Daily Cookie widgets are now available for the Home Screen and Lock Screen. • The cookie has a completely new mascot, with new poses as the bites add up. • A few small layout and widget fixes are included too. When Apple Intelligence is not available, Sweet Regret continues with the classic voice.

Meet the Cookie Jar • At your evening check-in, confirm a no-sugary-treat day to add one cookie to your jar. One per day, with no broken streaks or penalties. • Personalize sweetRegret with a new collection of alternate app icons. • Plus members can download a new wallpaper pack for their Lock Screen. • Personalization and Plus features now have cleaner, dedicated screens in Settings. • Includes visual polish and reliability improvements throughout the app.
