Spar: AI Interview Coach+Prep
Mock interviews & practice
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad
Interview tomorrow? Practice out loud with an AI interviewer that pushes back, catches wrong answers, and turns every mistake into your next practice question.
Spar is a real interview, on demand. Speak your answers out loud. Get pushed back on. Get graded. Get better.
Most interview apps let you rehearse into a mirror. Spar interviews you — a live AI interviewer that asks sharp follow-ups, refuses vague answers, catches technical mistakes in real time, and grades every session with the honesty of a real hiring panel.
THE INTERVIEWER REMEMBERS YOU
Every session builds on the last. Spar tracks what you've covered, what you aced, and what you fumbled — then targets your weak spots with fresh questions, never repeats itself, and picks up your prep exactly where you left off. Practice today, continue tomorrow.
PRACTICE EVERY ROUND
• Coding & data structures — with a built-in code editor
• System design, behavioral (STAR), and full interview loops
• iOS, Frontend, React Native, Flutter, Backend — or type any custom role
• Salary negotiation, tough talks with your manager, investor pitches
• Top-tech style rigor, calibrated to your level from junior to staff
FEEDBACK THAT ACTUALLY TEACHES
• Honest scorecards: every competency scored with evidence from your own words
• Every missed question comes with a model answer — then practice it again on the spot
• Live delivery coaching: filler words, confidence, pacing — while you speak
• Track your progress: scores, speaking speed, and filler-word trends over time
PREPARE LIKE A PROFESSIONAL
• Paste a job description — Spar predicts the questions you'll likely face
• Build your STAR story bank; behavioral interviews will probe your real stories
• Set your interview date and get a day-by-day plan, weakest round first
• One-question daily rep to keep your skills warm between interviews
JUST HAD A REAL INTERVIEW?
Debrief it while it's fresh. Spar grades how it actually went, gives you model answers for everything you fumbled, and feeds those exact questions into your practice. Every real interview makes your prep smarter.
