Electronic invoices are embedded directly into PDF files, and eInvoice Creator works together with einfachArchiv so you can archive your documents directly from within the app. ABOUT ELECTRONIC INVOICES Electronic invoices (eInvoices) store invoice information in a structured digital format. This enables automated processing and reduces manual errors. eInvoices are commonly exchanged as XML files or as XML data embedded in a PDF, such as Factur-X/ZUGFeRD. eInvoice Creator helps you create these structured invoice files while keeping the invoice readable and easy to review. You can inspect the document, edit fields, verify totals, compare it against the source PDF, and save the result. That's why eInvoice Creator displays the PDF and the extracted eInvoice data side by side. You can review, select, correct, and edit values before they become part of the final eInvoice.
