Open it and there's one question: what are you grateful for today? Tap anywhere and start typing. It saves as you go. A line is enough, and you can add as many moments as you like in a day.

Add the Moment widget to see today's date and the question waiting for you. Once you've written, it shows your latest moment instead. Tap it to start a new one. It comes in small and medium sizes and matches your palette.
LOOK BACK
Every moment you write shows up as a dot in a year-at-a-glance view, with your entries listed by month underneath. Tap a month to jump to it.
REMEMBER
Moment can show you what you wrote a week, a month or a year ago, right under today's prompt. Open any entry to see what you were grateful for on the same day the year before.
