Hello, I'm the developer of vismo.
I've spent over ten years working in film visual effects.
As digital tools kept getting more precise, the analog feel quietly faded.
I wanted that feeling back, so I built this myself.
That said, I kept it simple to use.
You don't need to know anything about cameras.
Just pick a filter you like — the app handles the rest.
I made every filter in this app.
For the film looks, I worked to make them as close to real film as I could.
The city filters I shaped one by one, myself.
[5 Film Looks]
This is the heart of vismo.
I put real care into these.
If you love film, I hope you'll give them a try.
If anything feels off to you, please tell me anytime.
[11 City Filters]
Eleven cities.
Not one preset with the sliders nudged a little —
I wanted to express a whole city as color.
How that city's light and color actually feel:
I hope you'll experience it for yourself.
[Grain]
vismo's grain is not digital noise.
Each particle is made one by one.
Light and shadow show it differently, the way film does,
and it's never the same twice.
Try it and see for yourself.
[Film Instant]
There's also a filter that frames your photo like instant paper.
In the bottom margin you can leave a date or a short line.
[Shoot, or bring in photos you already have]
• Live preview — see the color on screen before you press the shutter.
What you see is what you get.
• Import photos from your album and apply the same colors.
• Re-edit photos you've already saved.
The original date and location stay intact.
• Adjust filter and grain intensity as much as you like.
[21-Day Free Trial]
For 21 days, use every filter and grain without limits.
After the trial, 2 city filters (Seoul, Osaka) and 2 films
stay free.
To unlock everything, choose a monthly or yearly subscription.
Both give you exactly the same features, including everything
added in the future.
[How to Use]
1. Open the app and point it at what you want to shoot
2. Choose a city or a film from the list below
3. Adjust the intensity, or turn the grain up
4. Press the shutter — or import a photo you already have
[Privacy]
Your photos and location never leave this device.
All photo processing happens inside your iPhone.
No photos are sent to a server, there are no ads,
and you are not tracked.
