ShiftCare Family Portal gives family members and plan managers a secure window into a loved one's care — so you always know what's happening, who's involved, and how things are going, without the endless phone calls and emails.
Your care provider invites you with a simple email link. Set a password, and you're in. Everything you see is controlled by your provider, so you get exactly the visibility they've chosen to share.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See the schedule — View upcoming and past visits at a glance, with dates, times and the type of support being delivered, synced live from your provider's roster.
• Follow the care timeline — A clear, day-by-day feed of completed visits, including start and end times, visit notes and photos uploaded by the support team.
• Meet the care team — See who's providing support, with names, photos, languages spoken and a short bio.
• View the care recipient profile — Keep key details about your loved one in one place.
• Request support and changes — Ask for extra support or a change to a visit, sent straight to your provider's team to review. Cancel or adjust a visit when your provider allows it.
• Stay notified — Get email and in-app updates when a visit is scheduled, a request is approved, or a visit is coming up — no need to keep logging in.
• Manage your details — Update your own contact information and notification preferences any time.
